experience at the market

This happened about 6 years ago in Boston. One night, while at the local supermarket
doing my weekly food shopping, I noticed a very pretty woman waiting by the butcher
counter. I only noticed her because of how pretty she was. And by the way, I'm not
exaggerating or making that up just to embellish this story. It was truly a magical
coincidence that this exceptionally pretty face would minutes later be crushing a
beetle---without any provocation from me!
I'll never forget that while she was still waiting at the butcher counter, she playfully
rested and twisted the tip of her low-heel blue pump on one of the support bars of her
shopping cart---elevating the heel and exposing the sole. This was a real turn on. She was
maybe 30, about 5'9" (1.75m), brunnette, slender, wearing a dress. While she was good
to look at, I needed to continue with my shopping.
Then, some time later, I noticed a woman some distance ahead extending her leg/foot
towards what seemed to be the base of the wall of the dairy section---a few feet below the
cheese and butter. I couldn't tell what she was doing, and though I thought she could be
stepping on a bug, I figured I couldn't be that lucky. I got closer. As if she wasn't
satisfied with her first attempt, I saw her extend her foot again and place it at the very
bottom of the wall in the long crevice where the wall and the floor meet. Then she
continued with her shopping. When I got closer, I realized that it had been that pretty
woman by the butcher section! Then I looked down and saw a yellowish/green bug in the
corner along the base of the wall. He was lying motionless. That had to be what she was
doing! She was shopping, saw a bug, had the desire to dispose of him, and felt that she
had the authority to end him life with no repercussions to her.
I got closer to the bug. As I did this, I noticed out of the corner of my eye that the
woman was looking around the dairy section again trying to find a product. I liked this,
because it showed this pretty woman going about her life as if this bug's life meant
nothing; she didn't even look down to glance at him. Anyway, I had to get closer to see if
he was dead--- you see, he didn't look too flat or destroyed. I really wanted to know if
he was dead or just comatose, so without much thought or fear I scooped him up and put him
in my jacket pocket for subsequent viewing.
As I walked away I noticed our Temptress putting fruit into a bag. Suddenly I thought of
an excuse to talk to her. "Excuse me, was that a bug you were stepping on?", I
said as if outraged that there would be bugs in the supermarket. "Yes, it was--I
don't know what kind it was", she said pointing out that it was weird-looking.
"It wasn't alive, though, was it", I said moronically. "Alive and
kicking", were her very exact words....
When I got into my car with my groceries, I turned on the interior light and began to
examine the beetle. What I saw was exactly what I wanted to see: he was still alive. He
could only barely move a limb--but he was alive. This meant that she crippled him for
life, it means that he is experiencing devastating pain---just becase she thought "it
would be a good thing to do." I also liked the fact the she couldn't really identify
what it was, just squashed it anyway. Imagine if we shrunk ourselves to that size, and
then disguised ourselves to look like a bug. Even though we probably would look like a new
or strange thing, it seems that women will step on us anyway!
I remember that I left the beetle on the parking lot grounds. Maybe some woman would
casually walk on him, or drive over him in her car.....
