“Who are you and what are you doing in my room?  Where are all my things?”  “Your room but I’ve just paid a term’s rent in advance.”  “Hello James, have you met Louise she’s just taken your room.”  “But I paid on time all last year and I’m certain my cheque will be here tomorrow.”  “Is there some sort of problem I wouldn’t want to put a fellow student out on the street.”  “Oh there’s no problem I just moved James’s things into my room and James you won’t have to pay me a rent cheque, There are other ways you know.”
