 15:00 Day 1 Janus Island 2014
"So you blackmailed your teacher.  That's how you got your grades?  Your
PHD?  It was all through blackmail?" Agent Small asked, before taking a big
drink of her bottled water.  Feeling flushed all of a sudden
   "Didn't you listen to what I said?  I never blackmailed her.  It may
have been my intention too, but I didn't have too" AJ replied with a proud
smile on his face.  The giant black man may have been 25 years older now,
but his body was just as ripped as it had been when he was 18, and his
short and wiry hair was still jet black.  He could easily pass as being in
his late twenties.  He had told them the whole story Mrs Bloomfield story,
but had left out the details about Harold and the spiked water.
   "We're going to need to find this Mrs Bloomfield, and try and get her
side to 'this tale' " Vanessa Small said to her husband, empthasising 'this
tale' as though she suspected the black man wasn't being anywhere near
honest with them.  'I mean, what self respecting white wife would ever
cheat on her husband.' she thought to herself.  'With a worthless black kid
as well.  Yuchhhhh' she continued thinking.
   "Hey, part of the agreement was no one else is prosecuted on any
evidence I give!" Mr Long stated sternly.
   "That is part of the agreement, yes, but we still require to interview
and talk with a lot of the people you mention.  Their interviews will only
be used as evidence for or against you, and shall not be used to prosecute
them.  They will have the right to remain anonymous, both in the files and
in any potential trials." Agent Vanessa Small replied.
   "Well, In that case I'll set you up to interview her" AJ said
nonchalantly, as he reached for the phone on his desk.
   "You still....." Special Agent Richard Small started.
   "You're still in contact with Mrs Hannah Bloomfield?" Agent Vanessa
Small interrupted her husband in shock.
   "Of course!  Now I know for a fact she's busy with work for the next two
days, but she should be available to meet you on Thursday at her office."
   "Mr Long, we appreciate your trying to help us with this matter.  But it
wouldn't be suitable for us to fly out of the Island for one interview and
back again, our time here is already limited.  We can interview Mrs
Bloomfield once we have gotten everything here from you." Vanessa said,
almost mocking the idea.
   "Actually Mrs Small, Mrs Bloomfield works for me.....Here on the
island." AJ said mockingly back as he pressed the speed dial extension. 
Inwardly amused at the two agents surprised looks.
   "Hi, Mrs B.  It's your favourite student here." AJ flirted.  laughing at
the response
   "I hope Marquise is taking care of your needs?" He continued, almost
completely oblivious to the two FBI agents sat opposite him
   "The two FBI Agents have requested to interview you.  I'm going to send
Special Agent Richard Small over to your office first thing on Thursday
morning.  Tell him the truth, tell him everything he wants and needs to
know." AJ said with control and command in his voice.  "Enjoy the rest of
your day Mrs B" He added in a more jovial voice.
   "What..What does Mrs..." Agent Vanessa Small started, trying to figure
out what the 63 year old was doing for Mr Long.
   "She teaches." AJ answered before the question was finished.  "The
people who run and work on the island, they have families, some have little
kids, some have older ones.  And Mrs Bloomfield provides them with the
education they require." He added.
   "That's nice" Vanessa smiled, pleased to hear that the children and
families who lived here where being looked after.
   "We have an education center on the staff side of the island, i'll have
someone show you over there on Thursday morning Mr Small" AJ said looking
at the husband.
   "What about my wife...."Richard Small said, finally speaking for
himself. "What about Agent Small" He correcting himself.
   "Well your wife seems to be worried that we are a bit pressed for time.
So having the two interviews run at the same time seems more efficient." AJ
said, excited to get the wife on her own.  'The first of many one on one
sessions' he thought.
   "He's right hone...Special Agent.  We should carry out the two
interviews separately and keep on schedule." Vanessa told her husband.
   "Now, Mr Long.  Please can you explain to us, how you came into control
of the company 'Trim Bush'." Vanessa continued, eager to get one more part
of the interview in before dinner.
