Dog Star Known as the brightest star in the night sky, Sirius is called the Dog Star since it is in the constellation Canis Major, or “Big Dog.”
I chose Dog Star as my “pen name” since Sirius is actually two stars that are together (astronomers call them binaries). I’ve always recognized that I have twin “personalities,” one bright and one dark. My stories are like that—I think you will often see my dark side in them.
I am a lifelong, committed lesbian. I’ve never had sex with a man, yet I have always been intrigued by the crazy sex drive of men in general, especially the ones who come on to me, thinking they can 'cure' a lesbian LOL, so my stories may have more men narrators than women. Therefore please don’t think me crazy for writing ‘Dirty Old Men’ stories (I've known a few in my lifetime).
My influence in writing erotica also comes from my all-too-short friendship with Jeannie, the late author on ASSTR whose site I still maintain.
