Introduction

Let me introduce myself. My name is Anton. I love self-bondage. I love that moment of no return when the last lock is closed, when what has up to now been a more-or-less intellectual exercise suddenly becomes horrifyingly real, when the plans that have taken days to make are now instantly transformed into reality. Suddenly all the bondage, the clips, the plugs, the gag, the high heels, are a torment to be borne for hours, not just an interesting and erotic idea. I started when I was barely a teenager, with some very simple and crude arrangements. Over the years I've come up with some more reliable (and safer!) arrangements, particularly for being released in a safe way. Like most people who do self-bondage, I originally thought of it as a poor substitute for a real mistress to tie me up and torment me. But over the years I've been doing it, it has taken on a special appeal all of its own. Since then I've been lucky to find partners who will give me what I wanted, but there is still something special and unique about the experience of self-bondage.

Rubber came when I was at college in London and started going to some fetish clubs. How could anyone not fall in love with it? The feel against your own skin when you put it on, the very different feel when you've been wearing it for a few hours and it's all slippery and sweaty, the feel when it's on someone else, the look, the smell... it's wonderful.

I've written a few bits and pieces about self-bondage and about adventures in rubber as well as practical things about it - wonderful though it is, it's not the easiest thing to take care of. For a while my good friend Pauline has been hosting my stuff, but her site is getting big and we agreed it was better for me to have my own site. So here it is.

Self-Bondage Release

The biggest problem is of course to ensure safe, reliable release at about the right time. Yet the release must also not come too soon. People have put a lot of effort into coming up with suitable arrangements. Here are some refinements of my own.

A reliable, easy melting-ice method
Using knotted rope to slow things down
Using several padlocks to make it slow and difficult

MEO in Germany have a very interesting selection of toys including a clever ice-based release device that I'll get round to writing about one day.
Expectations and Regulation, both in London, both have a huge selection of rubber gear. Expectations will make things to your own designs, as well, and to a very high standard.
Michelle Fashions has been around for ever, and has good service and a great selection of basic moulded gear.
MedicalToys.com in the US have a great selection of medical stuff that can be put to perverted uses.
The Little Shoe Box is another London classic, for fantastic hand-made extreme heels.
There are loads of other high-heel suppliers, mostly selling very similar ranges of Chinese-made high-heels. In the US, Pierre Silber has great service and a big range.
