 Blanke Schande College Pamphlet
   Here is about Blanke Schande College is a CMNF college.  The college's
rules require all female students to be very naked at all times while on
campus.  Male students dress normally.  The college's administration
adopted the female nudity rule after doing thorough research.  The studies
showed that college students get better scores when the female students
attend class naked.  The performance gain is greatest when they are naked
all the time.  The main BSC campus ("Olive Beach") is in the far eastern
suburbs of Los Angeles, probably in either Riverside or San Bernardino
County.  (The beach in "Olive Beach" is apparently a lake, beach or river
beach.) No specific details about location are given or, in our view,
desirable.  They all have treated all of Metro LA as being generally within
commuting and partying distance of the college.  The only nearby
geographical reference in the Town of Crossburne, an intolerant place where
naked females are subject to harassment and arrest.  There have also been
mentions of another nearby town, "Cedarcrest," which has a nice restaurant,
and "Lambertville," which is over 35 rural miles away.  In both of the
latter, naked BSC, the law does seemingly not bother females.
   The main campus has about 1000 students, but there has been some
deliberate vagueness about the exact number.  Clearly, the atmosphere
portrayed more resembles that of a "small college" than of a "big
university." On the other hand, there has been no hesitation attribute "big
university" features to BSC (intercollegiate athletics, large Student
Center, many academic departments, Agricultural School `Lab Farm,' etc.)
whenever it has aided the narrative purpose.  The main thing, in this as in
most things about BSC, is to avoid "creating" details that will be
over-constraining (or lead to contradictions) in the future.  The main
campus has an unspecified number of dining halls and dorms.  Some of the
dorms are mixed gender.  However, the female dorm rooms have no doors, for
which reason (among others?) male and female students are not allowed to
share the same dorm room.  There is some off-campus housing and a been
devoted to females driving or walking to campus.  There are at least 10
academic buildings and a main quad.  Outdoor showers and toilets are
provided for the females, including showers on the main quad.  There are no
women's restrooms (except for visitors) and no women's showers.  Instead,
the females use "freshening facilities" and "shower alcoves" in the
corridors, which leaves them fully open to public view.
   FACULTY AND ADMINISTRATION: Although nothing has been written yet about
the Board of Directors, there are a significant number of pics depicting
the administration and staff, including various deans and academic
officers, assistants, secretaries, and maintenance people.  There are also
many pictures of female members of the faculty--mostly, but not all, young
and pretty.  In general, none of these except for the President, Eleanor
Grimes Ferguson, has been identified or depicted in a way that would impair
flexibility in the future to create "new" personalities in such positions,
as might suit narrative purposes.
   SEX ON CAMPUS: With the exception of "Blanke Schande College: One Girl's
Story," the amount of sex among Blanke Schande students (as portrayed in
the stories and pics) is roughly the same as would be expected among
college students anywhere.  The idea of females being anything even close
to sex slaves to the males is one that was considered early on, when Blanke
Schande was a Lycos group, but it was rejected because it strained
credulity -- what female would want to go to such a college?  Even in
"Blanke Schande College: One Girl's Story" it was clear that the "relief"
of males by the females was done only when the female was fully willing. 
Where that story was clearly different is in the considerable sexual
activity that it showed as carried on in public, or in unabashedly open
view of others.  This sort of thing is not `normal,' even for college
students, and it is a departure from the general notion that Blanke Schande
College is "just like any other college" except that the females all are
naked.
   `PRESENTING': Female students are required to `present' when asked to do
so by another ("Rule 5").  That is, as a
reinforcement of the requirement of total nudity, female students are
obligated, upon (polite) request, to show whatever part of their bodies is
asked for--usually the pussy or anus.  The idea is to break down any
modesty and make the females very comfortable with their bodies.  This
idea, invented by Blanke Schande's founder, johnnycancer, has allowed us to
tap into all those pics of naked women spreading their legs or butt cheeks.
In donnylaja's stories, he has tried to make the request and the presenting
get to be almost casual, to the point where being asked to "present" is
considered to be a compliment, a way of telling the female that the
requester thinks she's beautiful.
   However, note that, the way that "Rule 5" was written, both females as
well as males can require a female to present.  "Demands to present" by
females have occasionally been shown to happen when, for example, a
freshmen is caught concealing by one of the upperclass female nudity
"hawks," such as highly committed member of the YWNA (Young Women's Nudist
Association.).  Female on female demands to present have also been shown as
a mild form of `normal' casual college hazing.
   Finally note that it is something of a social bêtesse for a geeky
freshman to tell a high-status upperclass female (e.g., student leader) to
present, or for a person in an employer-position to tell a subordinate to
present (see "indentured freshmen," below).  It is technically within the
rules, but social repercussions are implied.  You do not do it if you want
to get along.
   P-SIGNALS: P-signals are signs made by Blanke Schande females with their
hands or fingers around their vaginal or
anal areas (again, allowing the use of many available pics).  They have
become a language of their own between BSC females.  Not being naked and
exposed all the time, the males do not seem to be able to read them very
