Aug. 18, 2009 Tuesday Morning

Chapter 1

Joe's sweetie was in his arms when he woke and looked at the
clock.  They only had 1 ½ hours half to pick up Shirley and get
to the lottery office, which seems like a lot of time, but when
you take a shower with you sweetheart it's not. Joe leaned over
and kissed her, "You know, we better get going.  It's 9:00 and we
have to pick Shirley up and be to the lottery office before
10:30."

She hopped out of bed, grabbed his hand and took him to the
shower with her. Before they got in, Jodi asked, "Would you mind
if we stop by and seen my dad?"

That is a great idea, but we might not be driving. If we take
that place we will see him real soon."

You are right, I was so happy that I wanted him to see you again.
 You know, I should call Shirley and make sure she is up since
she worked so late last night."

They took their time taking their shower, but nothing really went
on. Then she called Shirley, she was up so Joe and Jodi ate
breakfast before getting dressed to go over to her place.  After
they arrived, they were surprised that she was still naked,
wondering what they were wearing, so she went and put on a
sundress like Jody had on, but without underwear.  Then it was
time to leave for the lottery office. When they got there, the
check was  ready for Joe.  The office manager said, "This check
is good at any bank in the USA, thanks for playing the lottery
and I hope this doesn't stop you from playing more."

They thanked her and left for the bank, "I need to see the bank
manager, please."

What do you need to see him for?"

I have a check here, that I need to talk to him about."

She called him then said, "The manager will be right out."

She came out and said, "Yes, how may I help you?"

We are here to open a business account, but we really want to
talk to you in private."

Okay, but this better be a real big account, because I only do
big accounts."

Shirley whispered to her, "How does $75,000,000 dollars sound."

Please, let me take you back to my office, Sarah for no reason,
bother me."

When they got back to her office, she said "I'm sorry! I never
thought people dressed like you would have that much money."

No problem, we just came from the lottery office and we are going
looking for property to start a nudist resort after we get done
here.  Jodi and I had the only winning ticket. We are dressed
this way, because we are nudists, and normally don't wear
anything."

Okay what type of business account do you want?"

Shirley said, "We really aren't sure yet, but we need a way to
get a hold of the money quickly, so when we get it started we can
figure that out. I'm the business manager for them, Shirley
Smith, this is Joe Jackson and his girlfriend Jodi Harris."

Okay, so you want an account with all your names on it, right? 
Do you have an idea for the company name?"

They all talked it over, then Joe said, "We are going to call it,
`Fun in the Sun Resort', how does that sound?"

That will work.  Are you incorporating?  I will check with the
state, and make sure the name isn't in use, and then I'll get the
paperwork done for you."

We have an appointment with Jones and Associates to look at
places later today and tomorrow to set up investment accounts."

I will have you set up to use the account today, since this check
is from the California Lottery Office. I know Susan, and will
coordinate with her to get all your accounts working together. 
But it will be will temporary checks for now and I'll send a note
with you."

They all signed the paperwork, got the stuff they needed and
headed out to lunch before going to see Amy at Jones and
Associates.

Aug. 18, 2009 Tuesday Afternoon

Chapter 2

When they arrived at Jones and Associates, Tina was sitting
behind her desk naked, "Hi Joe, I see you brought another person
with you."

Yep, this is my girlfriend, Jodi Harris.  Jodi, this is Tina
James, one of the two girls I was telling you about."

Are you here to see Amy?"

Yes, we are, but can we also see Terri?  I want to introduce her
to Jodi."

Let's see if I can get both of them out here."

She turned the intercom on, "Terri Thomas and Amy Wilson,
reception, please. Joe Jackson is here. He brought some one that
wants to meet Terri before you leave."

They both came out, and then I introduced them to Jodi before we
left to go new resort hunting.

We went out and got in Amy's car and Jodi said, "You know, either
of them would be a good secretary for us. They both are hotter
than hot.  Why were they both naked?  Is this a nudist company?"

That was started by me accidentally, when I wanted to be naked
for the meeting there, and then Terri joined Shirley and me. 
Before the meeting started their boss, Susan joined us in
stripping.  She had to leave the room, and forgot she was naked,
met her brother and partner in the hall on her way to Amy's
office.  John, her brother, said they could be naked, except when
meeting clients, so while Shirley was talking to Tina and Terri,
Susan and Amy both came in naked."

The first property we looked at was the place at Crestview, since
it was the closer.  When we arrived, the owner was doing some
clean up and was glad to show us around, Shirley started asking
questions, "How far are you from BSC?"

The school is less than 5 miles away, but the girls still come
over here anyway.  I have seen some of them working in the stores
here naked."

Can you tell more about this place?"

This was a campground before my wife died.  Since then, my family
mostly moved away, because of their jobs.  That is why I am
selling it, to be closer to them.  There is a 3-bedroom apartment
upstairs, you are standing in the office, the game room is there,
behind the office, on the other side is the Laundromat and behind
that are the showers.  There are 4 cabins on the grounds, but
they have not been used in at least 6 months.  It's too hard for
me to take care of this place by myself. There are over 150 camp
sites here, and also a pond near the middle of it.  I'm asking
1.2 million right now, but I have been trying to sell it for 2
months."

Do you have a number we can get back with you at?  We have
another property to look at out by Wilson."

He gave us the phone number and we left for Wilson.  Amy said,
"We have to stop by Jack Ray's office and get the key, what did
you think about that place?"

Chapter 3

Jodi said, "Joe and I were talking, last night, and now we're 
thinking about buying both of them."

Shirley said, "What?"

I came up with the idea of adding some apartments at one of them,
so the students can have a place to stay with doors on them. You
know the girl's dorms have none.  Everyone here can be up-front
about being a nudist, but still have privacy, if they want it. 
And, the employees from Wilson will be able to stay  during the
week, while they are at school."

You know that doesn't sound like a bad idea."

We arrived at the office and Jodi went in with Amy, and said, "Hi
Jack, how you been doing?  Are Michelle and the kids doing OK?"

Wow, Jodi have you ever changed.  Jack Jr. is a senior now, and
Elle is in 7th grade.. Michelle is doing great.  What brings you
here?"

Amy is here to get the key code for the campground, Joe Jackson
and I are looking to buy it."

Hey, you are back with him again after all these years? How can
you afford that? They want 5 million for it."

Joe and I hit the lottery big Saturday night."

I'm not too busy, would you mind if I come out and show you
around."

Amy said, "That would be awful nice of you."

We went back to the car, while Jack locked his office up.  We
followed him out to the campground.  Jodi said, "Let's surprise
him by all getting naked after we get out of the car."

Amy asked, "Are you crazy?  Doing that in front of him?"

Why not?  Shirley and I did a wet t-shirt contest Saturday night,
and I like being naked. . Shirley was surprised, after I caught
up with her again. See, we have been roommates at BSC the last
couple years, but don't see each other during the summer."

They all agreed to do it except for Amy, she was afraid that he
would get pissed, but Jodi asked her, "How can any guy get pissed
at seeing us naked?"

He unlocked the gate and drove about ¼ a mile up a long drive,
before stopping in front of a large building.  Jack got out and
unlocked the door, turned around to see if we were behind him and
saw the 3 of us naked. "OK, what is going on here?"

Joe is planning to turn this into a nudist resort, so we got
naked to look around. Is that all right with you?"

You know you can do what you want.  Jodi, I would never complain
about you being naked.  Sorry, Joe, but that's my story, and I'm
sticking with it.  The owner is selling this one like it is,
which includes the furniture."

Amy went ahead and took her dress off, which surprised him ever
more, "My office is now naked, when we have no clients coming
in."

John thought, "Oh my god, this is unreal.  Should I leave and let
them look around or stay and enjoy the view?  Jodi's friend sure
has a nice set of knockers. The view here is a better than what I
see at Marilyn A Go Go, they normally only go topless. None of
the three women are not that bad looking either."

Jodi asked, "What is the owner's bottom? We are paying cash if we
like it."

While you look around, I will check with them.  Neither of us
expected a cash offer."

We started the tour on the main floor of the two-story building.
As you walked in, there was the check in area, right in front. 
Off to the right was a snack bar. Shirley said, "That's something
we never had on our list, but it's a good idea.:

Then, across from that were the restrooms.  To the left of the
desk was a game room, which led you out of the building and back
into the gym, "Wow, this is nice having a gym here, but I wish it
had a pool, besides the outdoor swimming pool," she added.

Yes, but that is something we can add, right off the gym," Terri
said.

Going outside, we saw some cabins and looked around in them. 
Shirley said, "They all need some work, but this is real nice
with the oceanfront view out there."

Then we went back inside and went upstairs.  There were four
bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen and a living room, "We know you
have the whole up here for staff, this place would work out
great."

Everyone else totally agreed with her.  Shirley asked, "Amy, can
you give us a minute?  We have a few things to talk over."

You got it; I'll wait over there and look at the view."

Okay, you guys, what do you think?"

Jodi said, "I really like this place and would like to see what
the bottom line is.

Shirley said, "It really has possibilities, especially with you
wanting both of them."

Joe agreed.

We walked over to Amy and Shirley said, "We would like to buy
both places, depending on what answer Jack gets for us."

I can't believe that answer, but if that's what you want, I have
no objections. May I ask why you want both of them?"

We are talking about making apartments at the other one to rent,
plus a place for people to stay off campus, while going to school
at BSC.  Also, the ones working here can get a place to stay on
us."

That's a great idea; let's go talk to Jack and see what he has to
say."

We walked downstairs and he said, "I just talked to the owners
and they said, since you are paying cash they can do it for $4.5
million, how does that sound?"

We all looked at each other, and Shirley said, "We will take it,
how soon can we close?"

Since I have power of attorney, we can close today.  But we have
to go back to my office to do it.  We have had all the
inspections done, and the paperwork is there.  Title search is
only a week old, and, since there's no new construction, we don't
need all the building forms.  So, we are good to go."

So we followed him back to the office, and Jack phoned the owners
to tell them what was going on.  They were glad to get it off
their hands, and okayed everything, so we closed on the place. 
Jack told us to stop by tomorrow, he would have the deed for us.

We walked out to the car and Amy called the guy back at
Cedarview. He was still there, so she told him we would be there
in less than an hour. After we arrived, Shirley said, "We would
like to buy the place, but you don't have to hurry up and move
out, because we bought both places. How about we give you until
the 29th to move out?"

That sounds awfully nice of you, thanks.  Let me see if I can get
us an appointment setup to close on this next week."  He called
the closing company and then said, "We can get in Tuesday at 1:00
if that's okay with you."

That would be fine.  Thanks for doing it so fast.  We don't need
occupancy until we start back to school."

That was no problem. I really want to get rid of this place, the
taxes are killing me now."

Thanks.  We will see you at the meeting."

Then we drove back to the office, "Amy after the closing on
Tuesday can we take you out to dinner?"

That sure is nice of you, yes you may. I will make sure my whole
afternoon is free."

We will meet you in Crestview, before 1:00 then, since we will be
coming from Wilson."

That's fine.  Thanks for using me to find your places.  Bye till
Tuesday."

Aug. 18, 2009 Tuesday Evening

Chapter 4

At dinner, Joe said, "What you think about going hunting for a
new car? After we are done here."

Sweetie, what are you thinking about buying?"

What you think about a Hummer? Since we can afford it now."

Oh yea, that does sound like a good idea.  You know, we should
check into renting a truck for tomorrow to move everything out
there."

That would be a every good idea.  But, it might make more sense
to look at buying a smaller one.  Something we don't need a CDL
for, but with both properties, we will probably need something
larger than a pickup."

I paid the bill and we headed over to the Hummer dealer and
looked around.

A salesperson came up to us and said, "Hi I'm Ken, may I help you
find something here?"

Shirley said, "We are looking for a Hummer with dark tinted
windows and loaded.  We plan on paying for it by check, too."

He showed us three different ones, then on the fourth one, I
said, "That's the one I'm looking for, just the color I like." 
It was Dark Blue tinted in silver.

We all headed inside to a booth, Ken said, "We are selling it
right now for $36,000.00.  Is that price right for you?"

Shirley said, "I was thinking more like $30,000.00." I added that
we were trading in the car we drove in with.

He went back and talked to his boss, then came back and said,
"The lowest offer my boss will allow is $31,500.00."

I said, "That's great, we'll take it."  Then I wrote him the
check and he took it to his manager to be approved while he and I
filled out the paperwork on the Hummer.  When we were done, he
found out the check had cleared and he went and got our Hummer
prepped and gassed-up for me before we left in it.

After the three of us arrived home, I saw 3 high school boys
outside playing basketball, "Hey guys, I'm Joe.  We want to know
if you would like to make some money tomorrow?"

Sure, but what do we have to do?"

We are moving 3 apartments from here to Wilson, how about $100
each?"

You have a deal, what time are you wanting us?"

How about 7:30?  That way we can get done early."

Shirley called the u-haul dealer and arranged a truck for us, so
we could get moved quickly.  Later we relaxed and watched TV
until bedtime.
