Swan and Shiloh are identical twin recons for the Hero Academy. Their target is a legendary villainess called The Chimaera who is rumoured to have paranormal powers. After falling into a trap, Shiloh finds herself isolated by divided loyalties and alone against The Chimaera and her overpowering dreams.
