This story is set sometimes in the future at a time when the world has changed.
Worldwide values and morals have changed,the birthrate has gone out of sight.Large
numbers of parents no longer want to take responsibility for the children
they bring into the world.This creates a very large problem for local and
Federal Governments. In an attempt to solve this problem numerous Orphan
Homes are set up all around the country.These are operated by private company's
with some financial support of the Federal Government.Happy to make this

I own and operate one of the larger Orphan Homes in the Midwest very close
