We have a branch of that church up here and they have been getting a
lot of press as one reporter has been on a crusade. From what I've
read I think that group has a lot of problems and the reporter blames
it all on polygamy but, unless polygamy has some subtle side effect
I'm not aware of, that seems to be the proverbial red herring. The
problem seems to be abusive relationships and very authoritarian
family structures. And the polygamy only goes one way: one man - many
wives, but not one woman - many husbands, another sign of the
authoritarian structure

Please define "a natural condition" then explain why, if the
environment modifying behaviour of species such as beavers and
termites is natural why would similar behaviour by the species homo
sapien not be.
