===================

I'd like to share this with the authors here, in it's entirety. I'll
admit it makes me a little angry, and it really isn't the first email
of this sort I've gotten, but I am a little tired of it...But that's
okay. My biggest issue, and the one I'd like to address is that this
email, like most of my letter bombs, comes courtesy of "Anonymous"
...which is a concept I have disagreed with since I started posting on
SOL a year ago or whenever it was.

I'll talk more after the email:

Re: Respect - {SOL Feedback} Inbox

As a woman, this ferver of yours is very sick and
contrary to any real womans arousal as it is just
very sick as are you thus the lowest possible
score is required.

As a woman, I / we feel your clit should be
removed just once so temporarily you could feel a
cock without sensation. Then a month later
further surgery to close up your cunt after
removal of that rough spot inside you that
provides deeper satisfaction.

All this because we feel that your lineage needs
to stop now before you hurt yourself. Now this
enlarges your possibilities of cancer and other
cunt disease but who cares. Key is that you are
gone more sooner than later so anything that
speeds that up is better for mankind.

Golly, this would make a good story.

rache to the distancy block forevermore and until
passing due you part without anyones care.

So there - fitting so nothing else gets in.

Okay, now I didn't post my story anonymously. I admit "rache" is a pen
name, and I've used others, but I've never hid myself behind anonymous
and offered no persons recourse to intelligent discussion. I really
think SOL should do away with Anonymous feedback. It might cut down on
the feedback, but I think the readers who respond intelligently aren't
necessarily reluctant to use their online nicknames anyway. Cowards are
always loath to show themselves, however, so maybe something like
this...which benefits none of us here today...could be avoided. Or
maybe not. Whoever this person is he/she certainly seems committed. The
use of the word "we" in places makes me a little nervous as well.

Anyway, that's one point. Another, the scoring system. I like high
scores, they turn me on. That's why I'm thinking about taking up golf.
But this person, if I read my email correctly, gave me a 1 ...mmm, or
is 0 possible? Either way, that bit of bad news was like a butter knife
in my spleen! But, I know, there's nothing to be done about scoring.
And I have no solution, I just think it sucks this person gave me a 1
for no reason except he or she didn't like the theme. That's hardly
fair, I hate fishing stories, but I'd still give Melville a 9 for Moby
Dick.

And finally, "Respect" was not a castration story. It was a story about
infidelity and a woman who is rationalizing her desires for an
extramarital affair. That's it. The doctor in the story is trying to
talk her out of castrating her husband, and I think he makes a good
argument, but of course his motives become suspicious once we realize
he's just trying to seduce her. I like characters with depth, with
motivation that goes beyond the obvious and requires readers to do some
thinking.

Obviously I'm penalized for this.

That's it. Thanks for listening and, I know there's little or nothing
to be done except say things like "Hang in there, champ...we'll get 'em
next time!" Well, next time is coming with a little bit of fluff I call
"Hit and Run" ...That one will score very low! Can't wait to see the
mail.

Best always, rache
