  -- Well .... y'know it really doesn't matter, Nat, since about 80% of
ejaculate is produced by the prostate, not the testes. However, John
and Marsha would probably find it not nearly as interesting to know
that her, ahem, "tunnel" was being "coated" by phlegm from a part of
John's body that will cause him increasing difficulties with age. But
the answer to your question: a *long* time. That's why when I got my
vasectomy we still had to use birth control for a few months, until I
made whooppee in a  closet off my doc's office, to prove my penis was
sperm-free zone.
