The Waitress From Heaven by Mr. Nads My friend Bill snapped his fingers in front
of my face and said "Yo, Earth to Nick. Earth to Nick. Come in please." I turned
back to Bill and apologized and he said "Megan is really cute isn't she?" I told
Bill to blow it out his ass and went back to nursing my coffee. We usually sat
at the local Denny's on Fridays and Saturdays and had all night bullshit
sessions. Megan was this beautiful young girl fresh out of high school. She was
19 years old, very slim and very attractive, and I liked her a lot. Megan is
about 5'7",105 lbs. very slender and has about a 34 B bust. She has blonde hair,
blue eyes, a little nose, and beautiful lips. She is a very sweet girl she's
charming and funny and is just generally likeable. I had flirted with her a
little bit and she didn't seem to mind. In fact when her manager wasn't looking
she'd come over and talk us. Well mostly to me. Bill said she was flirting back
but I guess I didn't notice. Nothing ever came of it though, probably because I
was to chicken to ask her out. I'm 25, well built, 5'10", weigh 182 lbs. I have
brown hair, brown eyes and I am fairly handsome. I work as an architect
designing and building homes. My father left me his firm when he retired and I
was quite well off. I design for companies doing larger projects also but I try
to stick with homes. I have a crew of eight guys (bill being one of them) and I
like to work on site with them. Mostly to make sure they don't screw up and if
something goes wrong I can just make a quick adjustment to the plans. It also
keeps me in great shape. At about 2:30 this guy came in drunk as hell and
started being a real jerk. Every time Megan would come by his table he would hit
on her (generally using the worst pick up lines too) and she was starting to get
fed up. I sat there and glared at the asshole but he was too drunk to notice. On
her way to refill our coffee cup's the guy pinched her ass. Well Megan had had
enough of this guy and she told him to get out. I could see tears forming in her
eyes as she tried to get the man to leave and I felt sorry for her. Meanwhile
the man started to get in her face and yell at her saying "Well what are you
gonna do if I don't leave. You can't make me!" I got up and walked over to where
Megan was and said "No but I can." I was about to ask him to leave when the guy
took a swing at me. I quickly ducked the blow and wrapped my arm around his I
gave him a swift punch in the kidneys and then wrapped my foot around his ankle
and pulled his feet out from under him while pushing down from the top. The guy
hit the floor like a ton of bricks and was still stunned from the kidney shot I
had delivered. I dragged the guy out the door and threw him into the parking
lot. I told him if he ever harassed Meagn again or anybody else for that matter
I'd break his legs. He told me to fuck off, got up, ran to his truck, and drove
away. I walked in the door and was greeted by a cheer from the usual coffee
campers in the smoking section. Megan grabbed me by the shirt and planted a nice
kiss on my lips. I sat there surprised as she thanked me and went off to do her
work. I sat there the rest of the night only half paying attention as my mind
kept wandering back to the brief but sweet kiss Megan had given me. I wanted to
ask her out but I'm kind of shy and was too embarrassed to talk to her. So I
went through the rest of the night feeling kind of bummed out. As Bill and I
were finishing our breakfasts Megan came over and said "Hey Nick I'm getting off
now and I wanted to say thank you" I just sat there feeling awkward and finally
said "Your welcome Megan. I'm just sorry that guy was such a prick" We said our
goodbyes and she left. A few minutes later bill got up and said "Well bro, I
better get going." He paused and then said "Man your such a dork. You should
have asked her out. She would have said yes." I said "Yeah, maybe your right I
was just afraid she'd laugh at me. See ya later Bill" He said "See ya dude" and
left. After using the restroom and paying the check I walked out to my truck and
as I was fumbling for my keys in the dark I heard muffled screaming and then the
sounds of someone being punched coming from behind the dumpster. I ran over as
quietly as I could. As I rounded the corner I saw the guy that I beat up trying
to pin Megan to the ground and when he couldn't punch her in the face. I moved
up behind him and grabbed him by his coat. I threw him into the side of the
dumpster and helped Megan up. I told her to call the police and then refocused
my attention on the would be rapist as she ran away. He got up and tried to rush
me but I sidestepped and as he turned to grab me I snapped my foot out and
kicked his knee cap. I heard a snap as his leg broke. He started to fall and I
brought my knee up to his face. He went unconscious so I took off my belt and
tied his hands behind his back. About ten minutes later the police arrived ...
