We Interrupt - Part 1
By Loki925 ( M/g+, pedo )
This story is totally fictitious and does not contain anything or anyone in reality, whatever that is.
Ted McConnell was twenty-four years old now. He was 6'2" and weighed 175 lbs. He was unmarried and had no plans to get married. He had a good sex life as he was juggling two very good-looking females.
He had rugged good looks and could easily attract another woman, but bedding two foxy females only a day apart was more than enough for him. He was part owner of a home theater, electronics and security installation company.
He and his two friends Paul and Arnold had started the company three years ago. In the beginning things were tough, but they now had seven full-time employees and had done home theater installations in Beverly Hills, no less.
He had done installations in multi-million dollar homes, but the job he had just completed was the strangest one he had ever done. He was standing in the home theater section of a one hundred and fifty thousand square foot survivalist shelter.
The place was in the middle of the Nevada desert. It was buried in an old abandoned gold mine and was half a mile down. He had heard it cost almost fifty million dollars to build this place. He did not doubt that at all.
It had taken almost six years to build the shelter and now it was complete. He was the last one of his crew left down in the shelter. All he had to do now was make the final test of the system and set the security code. Then he would be done.
He would have enough time to make it back for his date with Dianne. "Ah Dianne," Ted mused, thinking about her lying naked on his bed as he pressed the button on the remote control. The home theater screen flashed on. He put a DVD into the player and an old movie started to play.
The picture and sound were perfect as he expected they would be. He pressed the button for satellite TV and a daytime soap opera blinked on the screen. He watched the show for a few minutes. Then suddenly the shrill sound of a civil defense alert screamed out of the high tech sound system.
The picture changed to a test pattern and the words, "We interrupt ----" echoed out of the speakers. Then the power went out. Ted was knocked to the floor of the theater. The shelter started to rumble. Earthquake? Nuke? Ted did not know what to think as he was tossed about on the rich carpeted floor of the shelter.
* * * *
Three years after the planet killer asteroid struck the Earth the atmosphere had finally cleared enough to let the sun shine fully once again on the Earth. The planet killer had been foreseen as quite possible some day, and it had been predicted by many scientists as likely to eradicate all life on Earth. Well it almost did.
However life is more resilient than the scientists and theorists could ever imagine. It is only recently that we have found life on the Earth in places where it was once considered impossible to support life.
Using a leftover pick and shovel, it had taken Ted three years and fifty-one days to dig his way out of the mountain. Now as the last rock fell away he was met by an almost solid wall of sand. He groaned, "Three DAMN years of digging and now this!"
However Ted could see light shining just above the sand and he could smell fresh air, something he had not smelled in three years. Had it not been for the vast amounts of food and bottled water stored in the shelter, and the air recycling system that ran on generator power, he would have died long ago.
It was ironic that none of the people who had built this shelter had the time to get to it when the crucial time came. Only he, an outside contractor, had been in it. Once again he started to dig and sixty-five days later he had cleared the entry way.
He packed all the supplies he could onto the trailer that was hitched up to the back of a Humvee. The vehicles had also been stored underground. Passing up the M16 rifles, he took two AK47s. He knew the AKs had a more reliable reputation than the M16s.
"Funny," he mused, "that a weapon developed and produced by the old Soviet Union had proven to be superior to one developed in America." It had taken the stubborn military system a long time to accept that fact.
When he was finished packing, he had enough food and water to last a year and enough gasoline to go 1,000 miles. Not knowing exactly what had happened, he knew that gas was likely going to be a problem.
He just hoped he would find a gas station he could use. He turned the Geiger counter on, started the Humvee up and drove out of the cave. He decided to head toward Reno. It was the closest large city, but he could find no roads to get there.
Good thing he had a map of the U.S. and a compass. He used the compass to drive to where the interstate highway should be. When he got to there all he found was sand and a half-buried, battered mile marker in the sand. At least he knew from the marker that this was where the interstate had been. It was still there, but buried under the sand.
Ted decided to follow the road as best he could. Using the compass and the map he finally arrived at what should have been Wadsworth. But like the road whatever was left of the small city was buried under sand.
He had more than enough gas and decided to press on toward Reno. As he drove he wondered what had happened. So far the Geiger counter had not registered more than normal background radiation. He therefore concluded that it had probably not been a nuclear disaster.
If it was not an atomic war then what had happened to cause the desert to take over what had once been a thriving small city like Wadsworth? He continued to drive toward Reno. As he drove he noticed the sand was getting thinner.
Soon he found himself driving on the black top of a very empty interstate highway. At least that made for easier driving. About one hour later he found the reason why the highway was so empty. In front of him as far as the eye could see were ruined cars and trucks scattered in a haphazard fashion all over the highway.
He got out of the Humvee and walked up to the first line of cars. As he drew near the cars he could see human skeletons littering the highway. He continued to walk through what was now a graveyard of cars, trucks and skeletons.
He did not go that far before he turned back to the Humvee. He drove around the sudden graveyard. As he drove around the yard he looked for a fuel truck. He found several, but they were now burned-out husks. Whatever had struck the Earth, the powerful winds from it must have ignited the fuel trucks.
When he was past the graveyard he continued on toward Reno. Several hours later, he arrived on the outskirts of the city. But as he cruised around numerous abandoned cars and into the city, he found nothing but more rusting battered cars and skeletons.
He decided to stay in Reno. For several days, he searched the city for any signs of life, but he did not find anything, not even cockroaches. He had heard that if anything could survive an atomic war or some other disaster, it would be the cockroach.
So if it had not been an atomic war what had happened to cause such panic and destruction? Whatever happened it had to be huge and after whatever it was society must have collapsed. He had noticed that almost all of the skeletons he found had large holes in their structure.
There was only one reason for such damage to a skeleton and that was a bullet. Could the police or national guard have panicked and shot civilians trying to escape? After ten days of searching, he gave up and decided to move on to California. He managed to pump out gasoline by hand from a filling station. He refilled his gas cans and tank and moved on.
He drove for several hours and finally crested the Serial Nevada Mountains. But as he looked down, all he saw was the Pacific Ocean far below. Wow he thought, the San Andreas Fault must have given way.
"That would account for much of California," he thought, "but why would the fault's large shift cause such widespread panic?" He was still at a loss as to what had really happened. Plus he had a decision to make. Which way to go now?
He ruled out heading for Mexico, but Texas was a possibility. He figured that if the San Andreas Fault had given way, so perhaps had the fault line he had heard about in Mexico. Not wanting to go North, his only choice was Texas, and then head toward the East coast.
He looked at the map and decided to take Route 80 back to Salt Lake City, then head to Boulder, Kansas City and finally down to Interstate 40 and Texas. He had heard that the Mormons were into survival. If anyone had survived whatever it was that had happened, it was likely they had.
Ten days later after searching a very empty Salt Lake City and an equally empty Boulder, Colorado, Ted was beginning to believe that he was the only one left alive in the United States, or at least west of the Mississippi.
He was somewhere in the middle of Kansas now and heading toward Kansas City. He was driving about fifty miles an hour when he saw a column of smoke rising in the air. The smoke was ahead of him and off to his far left.
He slowed down. He knew where there was smoke there had to be life. He turned off the interstate and headed toward the column of smoke. About twenty minutes later he saw a large farm house. It was a sturdy house built of stone and it had somehow survived the devastation that he had seen everywhere he had been.
He stopped the Humvee and decided to approach the house on foot. He took the rifle and got out of the vehicle. As he walked toward the house he saw the reason for the smoke. Just to the left of the house was a fire in what looked like a pit.
Near that he saw what appeared to be the entry way to an underground bunker. It figured that whoever lived here must be survivalists. Only those who stayed below ground for a long time were likely to have survived the disaster, whatever it was.
Not knowing what to expect he flipped the safety and with the rifle ready he slowly approached the house. When he was about fifty feet away from the house the front door opened.
Ted waited and to his amazement out of the front door walked a small girl. Ted judged the girl to be around eight years old. She had unkempt long brown hair. Her face was dirty and she was wearing a very tattered blue dress. She was quite skinny.
"Got any food, Mister?" the girl asked.
"Yes."
"I let you fuck me if you give me some food."
Ted could not believe what he had just heard so he said, "Fuck you?"
"You know Mister. Put your cock in my cunt and fuck me. You can fuck my sister too but I don't know. She not feeling well and has never been fucked as far as I know."
Ted was still shocked but he managed to say, "What's you're name, kid?"
"It's Donna but you can call me whatever you like. The others did."
"Others?"
"My other daddies."
"How many daddies have you had?"
"Six, maybe seven. I can't really remember but I am really hungry. If you give me some food you can fuck me and call me whatever you like."
Ted made up his mind. He would give her some food but he was not going to fuck her. So he said "Look Donna, my name is Ted. I will give you some food, but I don't want to fuck you."
"Okay," Donna answered but she looked puzzled.
"Good. Where is your sister?"
"She is in the bedroom sleeping. Why? Do you want to fuck her instead of me?"
"No," Ted groaned, "You said she was not feeling well so I want to see if I can help her."
"Why would you want to do that?"
"Because that's what people do, they help each other."
"That's not what my second daddy said. He said people only help when they expect to get paid."
"Paid?"
"You know, money. But he said money was worthless now and the only thing I had to pay him for helping me and my sister was my cunt. Back then I did not know what a cunt was, so he showed me my cunt and his cock before he fucked me."
"At first fucking hurt me a lot, but after awhile it started to feel good. I kinda' like fucking now, except with my last daddy. He used to whip me really bad before he fucked me very hard."
"What happened to him?"
"When he was sleeping I killed him and later cooked him for dinner. I was really hungry you see."
"You---you killed him and cooked and ate him?"
"Yes. It's what people do when they are really hungry. That's what one of my daddies said after he killed my other daddy."
Ted could not believe he was talking to an eight-year-old cannibal. One who did not show the slightest signs of remorse. But given the situation he sort of understood. He could scarcely imagine the extent to which this poor girl had been traumatized. However there was no way he was going to stay here with her.
So he said, "Look Donna, I'll give you some food but then I will be moving on."
"Please Ted, don't do that. If you leave me here alone, when the food runs out I will have to eat my sister and I really don't want to do that."
"If I stay here with you how do I know you won't kill me when I am sleeping?"
"I only killed my last daddy because he was really mean and he beat me. He was the only one I ever killed, I swear it."
Ted was not sure he wanted to stay but he knew that Donna had told him the truth about her sister. He knew if he did go that Donna would kill and eat her sister and he would be responsible.
He decided to take a chance and said, "Okay, I will stay."
"Good. I'll take you to my sister now, Daddy."
"Donna, I am not your daddy, so call me Ted."
"Okay, Ted."
"Good. What's your sister's name?"
"It's Alice, but you can call her whatever name you want."
"Donna and Alice are fine with me."
"You're a nice man, Ted. I think I am going to like you."
"Not for dinner, I hope." Ted could not resist the wise crack.
"No Ted, not for dinner as long as you don't beat me."
"Don't worry. I do not plan on doing that."
"Good. You're kinda skinny to eat anyway." she said and smiled.
Ted guessed he deserved that last remark so he let it slide. He followed Donna into the house and into Alice's room. He found Alice sleeping. Alice was under the covers and he was glad about that.
He did not want to fuck either sister. He still considered them too young, even though Donna had been fucked before. He checked the young six-year-old out and found she had a slight fever. He decided to give her some of the antibiotics he had got from one of the drug stores he had been to.
If it was nothing but a spring cold, Alice should be better in the morning. He hoped that was all it was. After he crushed one of the antibiotic pills into a fine powder he mixed it with water and had Donna give it to her sister.
Alice drank almost all of the water and went back to sleep. After Alice was sleeping Donna turned to him and said, "What do you have to eat?"
"Well I have canned chicken---"
"You have chicken, real chicken?"
"Well it is canned, but it is real chicken."
"Wow! I have not had chicken in forever. What else do you have?"
"Canned potatoes, corn, peas, carrots and green beans."
"I don't like peas or carrots, but potatoes and corn sound good."
"Okay. I'll pull my vehicle up to the house. Then we can get the stuff and make dinner."
"You're not going to leave, are you?"
"No. You can come with me if you like."
"Okay."
Donna walked next to Ted. When they arrived at the Humvee Ted locked his rifle in the lock box he had on the trailer. He took the 10mm automatic pistol he had in the glove compartment and put it in his belt.
He still did not trust the girl and he was going to take every precaution he could. He took a large can of chicken and potatoes he had found in an abandoned grocery store. He gave a can of corn to Donna.
They carried the items into the house. Ted noticed that the house had not been cleaned in a very long time. He followed Donna into the living room where there was a fireplace.
Stacked close to the fireplace were pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.
Near the fireplace was a pile of wood. Ted took the wood and started a fire. He opened the cans and started to warm up the food. As the food warmed, he noticed Donna was looking at him.
She had a hungry look in her eyes and he could not tell if it was for the food or for something else. Maybe he thought, she was thinking about what he would taste like cooked.
The idea made him cringe and he tried to dismiss it. When the food was ready he piled it onto two plates. He was surprised that Donna folded her hands in prayer before eating. He wanted to ask her a lot more questions but decided not to for now.
He slowly ate his food, but Donna gulped her food down almost without chewing it. When she was done she asked him for more and he gave her what was left over. When they were done eating Donna showed him where the kitchen was.
Together they washed the dishes in cold water. He asked Donna where she got the water. She told him she got it from a nearby stream, but boiled it like her first daddy had told her to do.
She also told him that there was a well, but because there was no electricity, the pump did not work.
Ted told her he had a portable generator and he could hook it up. They would have a few lights and the pump would work. Donna was delighted to hear that she did not have to go out back to pee and poop anymore as the toilet should flush now.
For Ted the evening had gone reasonably well. Donna had not asked him to fuck her and he had hooked up the portable generator. The house once again had running water and a few electric lights.
Donna showed Ted where he could sleep. The room was large and it had an adjoining bathroom. It was obviously the master bedroom. Ted checked the room, and then locked the windows and the door.
He felt reasonably safe. He lay down on the bed. About five minutes later he heard a knock on the door. "Who's there?" he called out.
"It's Donna. I need to talk to you."
Ted knew very well what she wanted to talk about but he decided to get up. He got out of the bed, walked to the door and opened it. When the door was open he found Donna standing there.
She was dressed in a dingy nightshirt. She looked at him and said, "I feel really bad that I ate your food and did not pay you."
"Donna, the food is free. Okay?"
"You're just like my daddy before the mean one. He was nice like you are. But I think he was too nice. I told him that the man looked mean, but he let him in anyway."
"Donna, if someone else shows up and you think he looks mean, I won't let him in. Will that be okay?"
"I guess. But you're going to fuck me anyway. All the others did even after they said they did not want to. So why not fuck me now and get it over with? You may like it. I know I will, as long as you don't beat me."
