A Letter to Miss Hooker at Central High     Dear Judy,                  
You remember how we discussed our plans for the first week Naked in School
Program and agreed to implement them exactly the same way.  I received your
letter telling me about your success after the School Legal firm was able
to get me out on bail.    As you know Border High has a small percentage of
students from the State adjacent to us and as accommodation is cheaper over
the border I live there.  That is why I was arrested on the Friday night of
the first week of the Program.    The problem started before we did as we
were unaware that the technician that was updating the school computer
system overheard a comment about the Program and became interested as his
daughter was a student..  He apparently put a backdoor into the system to
check on the plans we were making so the teachers and parents would be
fully informed.  His daughter was born when he and his girlfriend were only
13 and his girlfriends' parents adopted the grandchild.  He had very
limited access to the girl as she only knew him as her older sisters'
fiancé.    Our first sign of something out of place occurred when the 16
selected girls were not at all surprised as they were taken to the various
offices to be disrobed.  They were not dismayed or resistant to the order
to disrobe and told the various teachers that they had taken precautions to
lessen the abuse they knew we had planned.  3 of the girls had made friends
with members of the football team and 2 others had made friends with
members of the wrestling team.  These friends enlisted the whole of the
teams to let all the male students know that asking any of the girls to do
anything at all would have severe repercussions.    The girls had visited
the technicians' Doctor en masse to obtain drugs that controlled their
ability to respond to arousal and another drug that muted any response to
embarrassment or humiliation.  On top of that, they had all taken
painkillers so that even a spanking or the pain arousal we had planned for
Thursday would have little or no effect.  So that no intercourse could
occur, they all had superglued their vagina's and anus's.    The whole week
was a total bust as far as the Program was concerned as all of the other
girls in the school were informed of the necessary steps to avoid the
benefits of the Program.  The Principal decided to proceed to see if any
benefits would occur after we realized what had happened on Monday at the
end of school.   What we did not realize was the girls from the adjoining
State that were involved in the Thursday health class complained to their
parents who enlisted the local Police to arrest me on the Friday night at
home.  The School's legal advice is that we will be able to successfully
defend my actions as they were legal in the state that they occurred.  The
School has abandoned the Program for the foreseeable future.    Love  Mary
