Over the weekend they had a fight. So he decided to try and make up.
Monday, he brought home yellow roses. She was disappointed they weren't red.
Tuesday, he brought home a box of chocolates. She was disappointed they
weren't Godiva's.
Wednesday, he brought home chardonnay. She was disappointed it wasn't merlot.
Thursday, he brought home champagne. She was disappointed it wasn't Dom
Pérignon.
Friday, he threw up his hands and brought home his secretary for the weekend.
She was disappointed it wasn't his receptionist.
