Hi Everyone,

     I am re-posting this excellent story after a kind soul (Richard
S.) e-mailed me the elusive (and final) Chapter 15 of *Diary of
Carolyn.*  I had been looking for Chapter 15 off and on for over a
year, so Richard's kindness is greatly appreciated.

     This is one of the classic stories that has ever been posted to
the net.  The writing is fantastic, and the sex scene depictions are
very real and exciting.  Unfortunately, as far as Google searches can
determine, the author's last post under this pen name is Chapter 15 of
this story.  This is too bad, as this story is unfinished.  It makes
one hope that the author is alive, healthy, not in jail, financially
secure, in love, and that they did not get religion. Unfortunately,
one or more of these must have occurred for a prolific writer to give
up their writing career so abruptly in the middle of a story.

     Skull - if you are out there, please keep writing and posting! 
We who read this the first time, and those who read it now for the
first time miss you!

     This story is Copyright 1997 by Skull Duggery.  I am merely
re-posting it to the same FREE newsgroups to which she originally
posted the story.  I am sure the author would be VERY upset if anyone
turned around and posted this on a pay site.

     I am re-posting this story after multiple attempts to contact the
author at multiple e-mail addresses have failed to produce any contact
due to those e-mail addresses not existing anymore.

     Without doing a complete copy edit job, I made some changes to
this story, mostly for readability issues.  The words and punctuation
are what Skull originally wrote.  I have made the following changes to
the text that I originally downloaded or was e-mailed:
        1) Cleaned out message headers and other gobbledygook from
between Chapter posts that wasted space and detracted from
readability.

        2) Eliminated some excess carriage return/paragraph entries
that wasted space and detracted from readability.

        3) Ran the story through spell check and corrected all of
three minor goofs - Skull is a good speller--WAY better than me!

        4) Broke up a couple of dialogue paragraphs up into multiple
paragraphs so the dialogue reads easier.

                          And LAST, but not least,

       5) Uniformly formatted the story so the same thing happens
between paragraphs and chapters every time.  This is the most visible
change I made, so I apologize in advance to those who find this
difficult or unpleasant to read.
