Dear Arrod,

You're detailed enough in your requested plot that you need only flesh it 
out some to have written a pretty good story yourself!

Seriously, the people I would write about are a lot ... nicer than that.  
Suppose they would want their son/brother to wear frilly feminine things 
- perhaps because he's getting to be a bit of a bully, pushing the quiet, 
submissive boys in his neighborhood, taking things from them at school, 
generally making a nuisance of himself because it makes him feel good to 
abuse his strength and force his will on others.  Perhaps because he's 
begun to sass his mother and sisters, and even his sweet, caring teacher.  
His sisters and mother agree that the lad has become much too big for his 
britches, and so they decide that the best plan is to deprive him of them 
before it's too late.

Fortunately his younger sister is just a little bit bigger than he (same 
height, she is stockier and, as a consequence of being very well fed, is 
even starting to develop a bit of a bosom), and she has some clothes that 
are a bit small for her and, candidly, a bit too lacy and fluffy for her 
tastes.  This kind girl generously donates them to her brother to help 
him "get better" (brothers are for watching over, even older brothers, 
and she really wants the nice, obedient brother that used to obey her 
every whim to come back).  She really likes him and is even fantasizing 
about the fun they will have when he relearns to behave.

Big Sister likes the idea, but has a bit more selfish perspective.  The 
kid's just embarrassing her to no end, making trouble, being difficult, 
and she usually has to clean up the mess, making things better for the 
boys her brother abuses, fixing the messes he makes at home.  She's quite 
fed up with it, and frankly is quite fed up with him.  Of course, she's 
had 9 years of indoctrination on how males, specifically Little Brother, 
are emotional and weak, and she treats him gently, even when she'd rather 
throttle him.  But she feels he's a brat, and she plans to de-brat him, 
make him obey her even more willingly than Little Sister does.

Mommy, in her semidivine wisdom, has come up with the feminizing plan.  
Actually the plan is a result of very detailed and candid discussion with 
teachers, friends, relatives, neighbors, and even shop keepers.  One 
strength of the society in Bear Valley is that the women are more close 
and willing to work together than in most other places in most times in 
history.  Most plans for reforming people will have had input from women 
or girls who have had similar experiences.  Of course all males are 
viewed as unique gems, but their communal perspective ensures that all 
males can be polished and have their rough edges smoothed.

I'd open such a story with an example of the problem that needs corrected 
- the bully reaction that boys sometimes develop.  Then we'd be able to 
see nice, loving, gentle females turn this bully of a boy into a gentle, 
submissive treasure.  Would they use bondage?  Yes if it was needed.  
Would they use physical punishment?  Yes, but not to an abusive level.  
In Bear Valley even a bully boy is very much a momma's boy, and Momma 
always treats her boy with loving affection, not abuse.

Bear Valley is of course a distillation and refinement of the 
matriarchial societies that I've fantasized living in since childhood 
(the same age as your feminized protagonist, in fact), and is very 
sexual, but "sexual abuse" there would be a contradiction in terms.  
Females there use their males, from a young age, as tools with which to 
pleasure themselves, but they also give them large amounts of pleasure 
also.  With other females they share, but do not abuse, their males.

If this is your type of story about a boy who is feminized, bound, 
punished and used to pleasure females of varying ages and relations to 
him, then let me know and I'll see if I can write a story like this.  

Otherwise, I'm posting a story this weekend sometime about a guy who has 
another guy over for a sleep-over.  It's set in BV, but shows more of how 
adults there behave toward each other.  This story's quite a challenge, 
being my first FMM story, and I'm not sure how these three people will 
"fit together," but it should be fun!
