the ship leave. The breeze was blowing my house dress and my body
was showing. There were a lot of women giving me dirty looks, but
a lot of sailors looking really hard. I don't know how long I
stood there before the ship finally moved, it was backing out
from the pier and Tex came up on the deck and was looking for me.
When he saw me he waved and I waved back to him, knowing I was
going to miss him. I stood there till I couldn't see him anymore.
A breeze came and blew my house dress away from me and it brought
me back to the present, with my dress blowing away from my body,
I was standing there naked, much to the enjoyment of the sailors
there. Pulling the dress around my body I smiled at most of the
sailors and got back in the car, wondering what Kevin would be
like. I was sitting there daydreaming, when a sailor knocked on
the car window, he startled me and I rolled down the window to
see what he wanted. "Going into town? Can you give me a lift into
town?" he said. Why not, I thought. "Sure I can give you a lift,
get in." I said.
