   There's a few things you gotta read before you go on to the story.

   GETTING AN ADJUSTMENT

   I have been in a minor car accident that has left me with a stiff neck,
so I pay a visit to a chiropractor that a friend has recommended.  I'm
shown into a room with various equipment, told to undress and wait for the
doctor.  The doctor and his assistant enter the room and proceed to examine
me, asking to bend this way and that.  I feel a little embarrassed to be
naked in front of these strangers and to feel their warm soft touch all
over my body.  I try to remain detached.  The doctor announces that I need
cervical traction treatment and motions me over to a large strange machine
against the wall.  He turns me to face away from the machine, and then
positions me underneath a leather collar.  His assistant flips a lever and
then spins a hand wheel to lower the collar down to me.  She fastens the
collar tightly around my neck and then spins the wheel a few turns to take
out the slack.

   "Have you ever had the treatment before?" asks the doctor.  When I reply
that I haven't he explains that while the procedure is somewhat strenuous,
it usually results in a great release of tension.

   He takes hold of the hand wheel himself and begins to turn it slowly. 
Slowly the collar takes me around the neck and draws me upward.  Soon I am
on my tiptoes, having my breath choked out of me.  He nods to his
assistant, and she steps behind me to hold my wrists behind me.  To my
bewilderment and alarm, I realize that my cock has started to swell into a
strong erection.  With a throbbing it rises to point upward.

   "This is a natural organic reaction to the treatment, so you shouldn't
be alarmed if you start to feel any curious sensations," the doctor
explains, as he continues to hoist me by the neck.  I can feel my neck
stretching as I am gradually suspended.  The blood pounds in my head.  Then
I feel my toes slip across the floor as I leave the ground.  I hang there
by the neck, feeling frantically helpless.  My cock has swollen to the
point of being painfully stiff; the head looks like a shiny purple plum.  I
