CALL ME BOB [ part 1 ] I don't know how it happened, or why it happened. I'd never really thought about such things before, although I had read stories on various web sites and fantasised, I mean who hasn't? To be able to get people to do what you want, just by thinking it! I suppose I'd better start from the beginning, as it says in Alice in Wonderland 'start at the beginning and then go through to the end' My name is Robert Wilson, for those who know me I'll answer to Bob, but don't get me confused with the sports commentator, Bob Wilson, for one thing I look nothing like him and for another I get enough of that from my class at school . . . I'm a teacher not a pupil! I teach a mixed group of 10 - 11 year olds - year 6 as it's know nowadays, trying to get them prepared for moving to secondary education, so I have to be a 'jack of all trades' in education, I did specialise - years ago - in English, but now I know a little about Geography, Science, Maths, and - badly - French (thank god for language tapes!) I also get to watch these kids as they start to change as puberty starts to make itself felt on them, sometimes it's a pity I can't keep an eye on them when they blossom. I must admit I have a weakness for them, kids that is. I'm single, 30 and looking, but that's about it for me, I date, but apart from one-night stands there are no prospects. My parents are both dead, I have a sister who lives in another town with her two kids and I live in a modest terraced house, three up, two down (That's three rooms upstairs and two rooms downstairs), it used to have an outside loo, but now there's an indoor bathroom. And I was in a rut! Where would I be 10 years from now? In exactly the same place! I could see it. I was brooding over this simple fact of life when I nearly left it! I looked up to see a large shape approaching me rapidly . . . and then darkness. ---- I woke up! I had a headache, felt sick and there was something in my mouth that was making me feel sick. I opened my eyes to see white walls and a ceiling with fluorescent tubes. 'Where am I' I thought to myself. A figure in a light blue dress came over, she picked up my arm and looked at her fob watch, after a few seconds she nodded and put my arm back down, and then she saw my open eyes. "Hello Robert, I see you're awake. . . . Don't try to speak as you've got several tubes in your mouth." 'I had noticed them! But where the hell am I' "You're in hospital, in the intensive care unit. Now hold on while I get the Sister." The nurse, as I hoped she was, quickly walked away from my field of vision. To be shortly replaced by an older female wearing a dark blue uniform accompanied by a man in a white coat. Hello Robert, I'm Doctor Clarke, I'm in charge of your case." He smiled. 'What case? I'm not something you carry home!' I thought to myself. "I don't mean it like that, of course." Doctor Clarke said smiling, "I just mean that you have been placed under my care. Now how are you feeling?" He asked. 'Like shit with a mouthful of tubes! How else am I supposed to feel?' I thought again while trying to gurgle with my mouth. "Oh I'm sorry I forgot about the tubes, I don't suppose you feel too good anyway!" He was almost responding to what I was thinking. 'Why don't you feel the Sister's tits and you Sister don't stop him!' I wickedly thought to myself. I then watched in amazement as Doctor Clarke moved behind the Sister and brought his hands squarely onto her fabric covered breasts. "Doctor Clarke! What do you think you are doing!" The Sister exclaimed but I noticed that she kept her hands down. 'You're forgetting about this Sister and you Doctor, return to normal, neither of you will remember any of this!' I thought, what the hell was happening here! Both of them returned standing side by side and then their faces screwed up for a moment, then they cleared, Doctor Clarke opened his mouth, "Hello Robert, I'm Doctor Clarke, I'm in charge of your case," Clarke repeated without noticing, "By that I mean I'm the doctor in charge of the ICU. You've been in a coma for a few days following the accident," He said in an annoyingly cheerful way, "Now I know you'll want us to remove some of that hardware that's in you . . ." 'You've got that right!' I thought, ". . . of course you do! But we need to monitor you for a bit longer!" He carried on saying. I shook my head. 'Sod that, get this mess out of my mouth!' I thought forcefully. The doctor seemed to think for a moment and then looked at the Sister, "But I wouldn't want to be awake with all that in me. Sister, arrange for a local and a relaxant, we don't want you cause too much trauma while removing the air and stomach tubes." "Do you think that's wise Doctor? It's not standard procedure." The Sister said. 'How would you like to be like this?' I thought at her. "But I do see what you mean." She added and went away. The doctor leaned casually over to me, "You know without any relaxants this can be a painful thing. We'll have to leave the nasal tube in you for the time being, but at least you'll be able to talk." He said. I tried to convey my thanks with my eyes, and then the Sister returned with the nurse, they raised me to a sitting position and then I felt the sting of a needle, after a bit I was light headed. "Alright Robert, don't worry but you're going to feel slightly sick but its normal!" The doctor said and then started to pull at the tubing. I felt something moving in my stomach and along my throat, I had pictures of that scene from Alien, you know where the thing burst out of John Hurts chest. I heard a groan from the nurse. "I'm sorry Sister; I don't know what's wrong!" She said. After what seemed a lifetime I was tubeless and able to take in a deep breath of air, "Wat 'appn?" I managed to gasp out. "There was an accident, some kids caused a bus to swerve, it hit you before crashing into a wall, you had severe contusions on the cranium and a broken arm . . ." I hadn't even noticed that! ". .. and were unconscious when you arrived here, we operated immediately to ensure that there wasn't any serious trouble. But I think you're okay at the moment. We'll leave you with the nasal tube and the saline drip for a bit longer. If I was you I'd get some sleep." The doctor said. I followed his advice and close my eyes, feeling the Sister and nurse lowering my body flat. ---- I think I was dreaming - I hope I was dreaming - but I seemed to be watching the three of them as they stood by my bed, I was behind them looking at my body! Head swathed in bandages, drips in my arm and a black tube in my nose, my other arm was in a plastic affair but looked okay. I could also see a couple of bags hanging from the bed, their contents obvious to all. The Sister looked at me - the one in the bed. "He's asleep doctor . . . was it wise to remove the tubes so early?" She asked the doctor. He looked slightly puzzled as if he wasn't sure either. "My dear Veronica, do you think I'd order something if it wasn't alright? No, he didn't need them any more, but keep an eye on him" "What about the other damage to his head, you didn't tell him about that." The Sister said. "I didn't want to cause any undue panic in the man, but he seems perfectly okay at the moment, and we don't know everything about the brain do we." The doctor said - which started to make me worry, but then everything was okay with me wasn't it? I looked back at the bed containing . . . Me! I opened my eyes, I was lying on the bed I looked around and saw the Doctor at the nurses station, I went back to sleep. I was now standing by my bed. This was getting confusing! I put a hand out to steady myself and found that it passed through the wall. I staggered to find myself in another room, where a girl - well young woman - was lying on the bed asleep. I read the name on the white board by the bed, 'Stella Clanville'. Clanville? Yes I knew of Stella, her sister, Evelyn, was a pupil in my class. Now Stella had been on holiday when she had been involved in something - it was never clear what! - She had to be airlifted from Italy back to here, where she remained ever since. The door to the room opened and a male nurse entered, he looked around, I tried to hide but there was nowhere to go. He closed the door and locked it. "Hello Stella. All alone again? Your mother's still crying about you." The nurse said as he filled a bowl with warm water, got a flannel and some soap, "Now I've been told to wash you, but let's make you dirty to need washing first." He said and put the bowl onto a bedside cabinet. He closed the curtain to obscure the window to the ward and then checked the door was locked before turning to the young woman lying on the bed. I watched him removing his trousers and underwear. He pulled back the bed-covers to reveal the nightdress Stella was wearing, then he lifted it up along her body until it was bunched up under her arms. "There you are my lover, almost ready for me ain'tcha." He placed one hand behind her and raised her up as he removed her panties from her, he pushed on her stomach, placing pressure on her bladder, watching the catheter tube to ensure she was empty before removing the catheter. I watched amazed as he climbed onto the bed and positioned himself on the unconscious girl's body. "You like me doing this to you don'tcha Stella, you won't go running to you mother like the other girls did, will you?" He said to her as he started thrusting into her, his hands lifting her unresisting body to meet his. The nurse slobbered over Stella as he worked his way with her. "You know between you and that kid in paediatrics, I've never had it so good!" I tried to beat him off the young woman, but my hands went into his body . . . and then I was looking out through his eyes, feeling the tightness around my cock. It was amazing I knew everything he did, all his thoughts and feelings! I wondered what else I could do. I got up and Frank's body, Frank was his name, moved with me. This was wild I mean this body was just as if it was mine! I unlocked the door and opened the curtain; I needed to get this found out! I had seen that he'd already raped several patients in the hospital, mostly while they were unconscious, in a way it was exciting - the thrill of getting one over on the girls who didn't like me . .. I mean Frank . . . - And in another way it was disgusting he needed to be stopped, but how? I found that I could withdraw 'my consciousness' and allow Frank to 'take over' he quickly mounted the unconscious form again and acted as if nothing had happened . . . I took control of his hand and pressed the emergency button, knowing it would light up at the nurses station. Then I left him completely to watch what would happen. ---- The door was opened by the nurse and the Sister. The nurse took one look at the scene and started to scream. Her screams attracted the doctor who pressed for the resuscitation team, all of whom arrived within a minute - And so a group of people watched as Frank, who was oblivious to their presence, continued raping an unconscious patient. With so many witnesses there was no way to cover up his actions, the police arrived and took him away, he was still mystified as to how he was discovered. My time in Frank made me wonder if I could 'take over' anybody. But who could I try? Then I smiled to myself, settled back on the bed and closed my eyes. Here I was again standing beside my bed I could see the smile on my face; I walked to the wall separating Stella's room from the rest of the ward. Taking a deep breath I walked through the wall. . . Stella was now covered with the bed clothes. I went to the side of the bed and reached out. My hands went into her body and I seemed to fall into her . . . My senses were overwhelmed, there were flashing lights in front of my eyes and I could feel my body being pulled in all directions. 'STOP THAT!' I thought, 'no, you're going to hurt me!' came back to me weakly a young girl's voice, scared. 'Stella? Is that you? Where are you?' I thought again, 'I'm here to help you, will you let me help you?' 'Do you mean that? You're not trying to trick me are you?' again the girlish voice said. 'Of course I'm not, you're back home in England, you're in hospital . . . your mother is worried about you.' I 'said' to her The lights vanished and so did the pressure on me, I was standing in an open field, there was a large oak tree with a girl sitting beneath it, and she was looking at me. 'Mummy? You've seen her?' The girl asked. 'Not personally, I'm a patient too you see. I'm Bob, your sister's teacher. Now why don't you come back with me?' I said Storm clouds started to form above us as she thought about this, 'I can't they'll try to hurt me again!' the girl said 'They're not there, you're home and safe. Trust me.' I held out my hand to her, feeling the splashes of rain as they started to fall. The girl looked up at me. 'You mean it? They can't get to me? Honest?' She asked. I smiled and nodded. She reached out her hand to me. As I touched her the girl seemed to age rapidly until Stella was standing in front of me, 'I've been so scared, so scared.' She said. I held her close wrapping my arms around her, and then I found myself standing beside her bed. Stella was slowly opening her eyes, looking around. Then she seemed to look at me. "Bob? Is that you?" She said, "But you're so faint?" She added. 'It's me, I don't know how you can see me, but I'm here. Beside your bed there's a button, press it and a nurse will come running, you'll soon be well . . . Oh by the way don't tell them about me, they'd never understand.' I said to her "You mean they might lock me away as a mental case?" Stella said and then nodded. I stepped back away from the door - just normal reactions I supposed - as Stella pressed the button. After a few seconds the door opened and the nurse came into the room, she saw Stella watching her before she flew out of the room. The Sister and Doctor Clarke re-entered the room. "Hello Stella, I'm Doctor Clarke, now I know you're disorientated, but do you know where you are and who you are?" Doctor Clarke asked her. "Of course doctor, I'm Stella Clanville, and this is a hospital!" She said simply. "Err. Yes, of course. Now I've just got to run some tests on you to make sure you're alright, you've been in a coma for some time now and there may be some damage that we don't know about." But he was disturbed by Stella's father and mother arriving - they'd just been told by the police about her ordeal with Frank and hadn't known about her awakening. I left the room as Stella and her mother started crying together and returned to my body and bed. I opened my eyes to find a crowd of people by the doorway to Stella's room. I managed to gain the attention of the nurse who came to my bed. I pointed to the group and cocked my head in a questioning gesture. "Oh it's Stella Clanville, she been in a coma for weeks and she's just snapped out of it. It a miracle!" She said. ---- Over the next few weeks I managed to control my new sense, as I thought of it. I could follow people around with out worrying about them seeing me. I could enter a body and take it over without the owner knowing anything about it. And I could suggest actions to people and watch them follow my suggestions without any problem; they would make up excuses if anyone asked them. I also found out that this didn't tire me out, if was as if my body automatically recharged itself by sleeping when I wasn't 'home', and I could get back by just thinking about it. It was a perfect situation. Stella was discharged in the week following her recovery; she looked around the ward and then stopped by my bed. "Thank you!" She said to me softly, "I'll never tell anyone about it." She said and smiled. She pulled her sister, Evelyn over. "Mr. Wilson is that you?" Evelyn said her eyes open wide. "Yes Evelyn, but don't worry I'm going to be fine. I'll be away from school for a few weeks but I will be back." I reassured her. She gave a strange smile and then flounced away, I watched her skirt as it bounced up and down showing off her white knickers. I guiltily looked back at Stella who had been watching me. "I thought you did, and she's such a tease as well! Don't worry if you want to do anything I'll help you." Stella said with a smile. I went to speak, to deny anything when Stella's words hit me. I looked at her 'do you mean that?' I thought to her. She smiled and, with her mouth closed, said. 'Of course, anything you want to do!' The possibilities were numerous. |
