CAROL — A PAUL PURPLE STORY

BY CORNER GHOST

[ part 31 ]

I had taken Sharon into my office, I got her a glass of brandy and made her drink it, she’d had a shock. She had thought that William was a good slave and was behaving himself! I sat in front of her.

“But why Paul? I mean we’ve tried to give him a good home.” She asked me.

I shook my head, “I’m not sure why Sharon, it’s the cry of many parents when their children grow up and start to change, but in Williams case I think the problem is deeper than just moving in with you. Are you ready to talk to Elizabeth?” I asked her, she nodded.

I logged on my computer and clicked on the Ropeville directory. The first name on the list was Elizabeth’s – as it was the most used number on my system. – I clicked on her number and moved the microphone so that Sharon’s voice would be picked up as well.

The screen opened up and Elizabeth was there she looked at me and smiled then she spoke, “Hello Paul, I’ve been expecting your call.” She turned to appear to look at Sharon and her face showed sympathy. “Sharon, it’s nice to see you again but I wish it was for a happier reason.”

I feigned puzzlement, “Oh so you’re aware of our situation here then?” I asked her.

She looked at me and smiled, “Come on Paul! You’ve been aware of our observations for some time! Of course we know of the problem. But it’s highlighted that we here have a serious problem.”

I shook my head, “I don’t think so, this could have been an isolated incident, and you did tell Sharon that William could be difficult.”

Elizabeth shook her head, “Difficult yes, but to rape a defenceless girl, I wouldn’t have thought him capable of that.”

“He’s repenting that attempt currently, but we need to decide what to do with him.” I said and looked at Sharon as I said that.

“I don’t want to give up on him!” Sharon said finally and I could see Elizabeth exhale as if she wanted that answer.

“I hoped you would say that . . . I’ve been reviewing William’s dossier. It’s a very interesting story.” Elizabeth said

“Why didn’t you do that earlier?” I asked, “It might have given some clues to Williams behaviour beforehand.”

Elizabeth shook her head, “I’m afraid it wouldn’t as we could never get William to talk about his home life.”

“Wasn’t that an indication in itself?” I asked her.

She sighed, “You know Paul most problems are highly visible with 20-20 hindsight, and that’s what we have here. William seemed to be getting on alright with his life in the orphanage, but the governors thought that he would benefit from being fostered by a couple outside of Ropeville. Sharon and George seemed perfect for the role, they had Safina – we knew of her position in the family but she was happy there, it was the ideal placement.”

“But Sharon and George wanted a slave, not an adoptive son?” I interjected.

“William was supposed to have the necessary training to allow him to enter into any situation, he required attention and control, both of which a slave’s attitude would give him.” Elizabeth said.

I shook my head, “Elizabeth, you have 2 slaves! Do you attend to them both and control them? Or do they have an amount of freedom?” I asked her.

“Well Su and Little Cat are different aren’t they? I know them both and they don’t need . . .” She stopped. “Ah! Yes, I see, Sharon I think I need to offer you the apologies of Ropeville here, we assumed that as you already had a slave that you would be able to give William the tight reign that he needed. I’m sorry we should have stressed that.”

Sharon shook her head, “I think it might have been my fault, you did say that he had problems and I thought that by giving him a loving environment we could help him.”

“That’s the problem with slaves, you never get a handbook.” I said and then looked at Elizabeth, “Do you think we could make one up between us?” I said cocking a eyebrow at her.

She smiled, “Well we need one with William, what was it that started him off?”

“You mean here or his life in general?” I countered.

“I suppose there! What was the spark that drove him to attempt to commit rape?” Elizabeth asked.

I thought back, “Well we ordered him to remain in the living room that night, he had to sleep on the settee. Billie-Jo went with Sharon and Pauline stayed with me.”

“What about your ‘guest’ Carol, why was she downstairs?” Elizabeth asked.

“She’s still weak from the diet she was on, although she’s better now than she was, but that’s not the point at the moment, There’d been some altercation in the kitchen, William had broken a plate . . . and I told him that he’d have to obey, it seemed to have raised some friction between us.” I said.

“And so he wanted to get back at you by attacking the weakest of your group.” Elizabeth summed up.

But I shook my head, “I don’t think he’d even thought of that, it was his baser instincts that were running, he wanted sex and everyone else was busy except for Carol. So he went after her, he already knew that there was a bed in the basement and worked out that she’d be there.”

Elizabeth just stared into the screen, “But that means that we’ve set a potential rapist into the world! That’s even worse!”

“Not really Elizabeth, we know about him now, he can be treated. But this type of attitude doesn’t come around normally, you know that. It’s something that’s ingrained into a person when they’re younger. It had to be in his original home life. How did he come to be in the Orphanage?”

Elizabeth pulled a folder to her and started to read through it, she paraphrased the contents for us. “The police got an anonymous call one night, a hysterical girl said that she’d killed her father. She hung up before they could ask her for her address. By the time they traced the call and arrived, they found a man dead in a bed, he’d been stabbed several times and his penis was completely severed from the body. The fatal blow was directly to the heart. Near the bed they found the body of a young girl, about 12 years old, hanging she had a rope attached to a hook in the ceiling. At first they thought that a madman had broken in, attacked the father and hung the girl. But marks on her body and her prints on the knife soon put an end to that thought. The only other person in the house was the boy William, he was eight at the time. The police tried to trace the mother, but she was supposed to have run off some years before. No other relatives known. William was placed with foster parents but was found to be too disturbed, finally sent to Ropeville Orphanage for care and attention.”

She looked up from the notes, “It seems that we failed him as well. The orphanage has its own staff and therapists, but he seems to have dodged their efforts to help him. If we could get him to open up and talk we would have a foothold to expand on. But it appears that he was a very quiet child, wouldn’t really get on with the staff at the orphanage.”

I cut in, “It seems that he managed to sneak out of the ‘orientation’ sessions as well.”

Elizabeth looked up and closed her eyes for a moment before she looked at me again, “How did you know about those might I ask?” she said quietly, I could hear the warning bells sounding in my head.

“While Pauline was defending Carol from William she had a talk with him, I came down as he was talking about dodging the extra lessons. Pauline showed him what he’d missed and knocked him out. When I asked her about them she said they were just lessons to get the orphans ready for life with foster parents.” I said with a bland expression on my face.

I could see her studying me before she nodded her head, “Yes, indeed. Was there anything else he said?” She queried.

“Not really, I did get the impression that he considered females as second class citizens, but I think that was what he was taught by his father, that might be a place to start.” I told her and then I added, “I’ve left him downstairs with the girls, I’ve asked Pauline, or rather one of her aspects, to try to get him to talk about his home life, I think he’d rather do that than experience any more sessions with Sharon and myself. I’ve asked her to record it as well, just in case.”

When I mentioned Pauline Elizabeth seemed to take more notice, she was aware – better than anyone else – about Pauline’s ‘aspects’ as her memories were included.

We talked for a little longer; Elizabeth asked if William could be returned to Ropeville as soon as possible, for psychiatric care and re-training. Sharon agreed but asked that if possible William could be returned to her. “I still feel that there might be something inside him to salvage.” She said.

Elizabeth studied Sharon carefully before answering, “Are you sure about that Sharon, there could be issues that would need to be resolved. You could come here and I’ll see how you all are feeling.”

I nodded, “Remember that he’s admitted to raping Safina, do you think she’d want him back in your house?”

She shook her head, “I’ll have to have him back, he’s known to the world as my adopted son, there’ll be questions asked. And if I done what I should have then he might not have turned out . . .”

“He would have done exactly the same – that was how he was raised.” I said brutally.

“You can’t know that! You don’t know him at all!” Sharon said.

“I do know his type. If you take him back now you’ll have to watch your back every second, just to make sure he’s not sticking a knife into it.” I told her.

She shook her head, “I don’t care, there is some good in him, I want him back with us as a family.”

I looked at Elizabeth and shrugged, “It’s her decision, I suggest you arrange for William to be picked up from here. How do you want him? Awake or asleep?”

“Just leave him to us and we’ll do everything.” Elizabeth said but then was interrupted by Pauline entering the room, tears visible on her face.

“I’m sorry Mistress, but I’d suggest that William will have to be sedated before leaving here . . .” and she went on to give a report on the events downstairs. She also typed in a code on the keyboard which transferred the recording of the events to Elizabeth’s computer.

At the end of her report Elizabeth sat silent for a moment while digesting the information. “I agree Pauline, Paul if you would ensure that William is sedated I’ll ensure that he’s picked up by our people, they’ll be with you in a couple of hours at the normal place.” I checked my watch.

“Okay Elizabeth, there should be no problems there. We’ll listen out for you.” I said and broke the connection.

Sharon looked at me and then said, “I’d better get in touch with George and tell him what’s happened.” She said, I gestured to the screen and she selected her number.

The call was quickly answered by Sharon’s husband, George, he looked slightly white. “Sharon I’m glad you called . . . Are you alright there as I’ve just had some disturbing news from Safina. I think there’s a problem with William . . .”

“Yes George I know about it now! I’m afraid that William won’t be coming back with me, he’s going back to Ropeville for councilling . . . I have a story to tell you . . .” She said, I gently took Pauline by the hand and led her out of the room.

---

It was some time later, we were all in the dining room eating lunch, except William who was now dressed and asleep – tied to the bed in the basement. It was a subdued luncheon I didn’t want to cook a hot meal as the occasion didn’t merit it, the girls were locked in their thoughts, Sharon was tearful after hearing Safina’s story from her husband. And I didn’t want to break the mood.

Carol spoke up to interrupt our thoughts, “Master, I don’t understand why William reacted as he did. Didn’t he know he’d be caught?” she asked.

“That’s a difficult question to answer, it all depends on his home life. All our responses are governed by how we are raised, we get our main input from our parents – how they react and respond become part of our make-up. I suppose that William’s father controlled his children’s lives so much that it seemed that it was normal to force himself onto his daughter without incurring any punishment.”

“But he was punished in the end – Samantha killed him.” Pauline said.

“Yes she did, and then killed herself, which in itself was wrong – I don’t mean the suicide itself, it was the fact that she was so frightened of what would be done to her that it seemed the only way out.” I couldn’t say that for certain but I was sure that was the reason. The girls seemed to accept that though.

“I know how she felt then!” Billie-Jo said, “When I was held in that brothel I wanted to kill myself . . . but they never let us. We were forced to live like that. If I could have killed them I would have!” She finished. I reached to her and pulled her onto my lap, holding her and whispering comforting words into her ear.

Carol watched me closely before she spoke again, “But aren’t you like William’s father?” this brought a reaction from both Billie-Jo and Pauline.

“No! Master is better than that!” and “No way!” I stopped both girl’s tirades to answer Carol honestly.

“Yes!” At her amazed look I smiled at her, “The only difference is that I don’t force myself on the girls, it’s now their decision in most cases, it’s because I give them pleasure. I suspect that William’s father was only concerned for his own pleasure not others.”

Carol looked at the two girls, “But I’ve seen you forcing yourself on them, you didn’t seem to think about them then.”

Pauline smiled, “But we always know when he’s about to do it, it may seem forced but it’s more of a game that we play, it’s fun if done properly.”

Carol shook her head, “I don’t understand that.” She said, “I mean haven’t you imposed your will onto Billie-Jo and Pauline? Isn’t that some form of control.”

I nodded, “Of course it is! There is an element of control in everyone’s lives; you just have to recognise it.” I looked at my watch, “At the moment we’re controlled by the time, we need to get William upstairs and to the landing site.”

I left the girls to do the washing up and went to the basement accompanied by Sharon, William was still fast asleep on the bed, I untied him and pulled him over my shoulder to carry him upstairs. ‘I’m getting too old for exercise like that’ I thought to myself as I got the top of the stairs.

I walked across the fields to where I knew the helicopter would be landing, Sharon was still beside me. I trusted Billie-Jo and Pauline to keep Carol in the house, not that she had any clothes to wear outside anyway.

After a few minutes we heard the ‘whoomp – whoomp’ of the helicopter which banked low and landed, the side door slid open and a police officer was jumping out. She – as always it was a woman – took William from me, “how long before he comes out of it?” She asked me.

“About three hours.” I said and told her the drug used, she nodded and then said.

“You must be Sharon? Do you want to come with us?”

But Sharon shook her head, “No I have to get back home to George and I’ve got Safina to look after now.”

We stood back as the helicopter took off and whisked William back to Ropeville, Sharon was crying as she watched it disappear, I held onto her as we walked back to the house.

---

Sharon stayed another day with us, this time Pauline slept with her, Billie-Jo and Carol stayed with me. I wouldn’t allow Carol to experience full sex with me, but did allow her to give me a blow-job. She also helped Billie-Jo during the night.

When I pointed out that she was becoming a sex-addict she just smiled, “I can’t help it, look where I am!” She said and returned to licking Billie-Jo’s slit.

Sharon drove away that morning promising to return in a couple of week’s time, by which time she expected Carol to be fully fit. Carol promised to do her best and I growled that ‘she’d better!’ which made Sharon laugh.

When we returned to the house Carol held onto me, “I like Sharon, I’m sorry that William caused her a problem.” She said.

“I’m sorry too, but I feel worse for Safina. She should have been able to tell someone what was happening to her.” I said.

Carol looked up at me, “But master you had no control over Safina once she left you, she should have known she could speak to her masters, or contacted you. But I don’t think William would have let her. No it was better like this, at least now she knows she’s safe.”

“But for how long?” I asked her

She turned her serious eyes to me, “As long as you are there for her!” and then she walked down to the basement to join Billie-Jo and Pauline, leaving me with my thoughts.
