Tecnically very well written,
BUT
having an 11yo put on drugs??
TOO far.
PS Do any of your victims have courage and successfully fight back? THAT would introduce a bit of uncertainty. Your stories are becoming like a formula and predictable. I know where it's going to lead almost immediately.
