There are a few extra or too inferential adjectives in the writing -- like unnecessary references to "tiny" referring to a boy's bits -- but otherwise it's really pretty good and sets the scene quite well. It would be nice too if Anonymous Master might consider doing a version of this story, using 12-14 year old boy victims and also involving various foot torture and a potpourie of other painful techniques/practices -- all of which are featured on one of Lolita's linked sites -- Nialos Leaning -- in their Spartan Boys contest now ongoing.
