Montauk - Town on the tip of Long Island, New York, US. Fishing and vacation community, and obviously beaches too. Some photos at the link.

The Catskills - Mountains in central New York State in the US. Home to trout streams, skiing resorts, great hiking trails and beautiful lakes. Located about 3 hours north of New York City. The link has some photos of the area, if you want to get a feel for it.

Hunter Mountain - Ski resort in the Catskills.

Jane's Addiction - Alt-rock band formed in the mid eighties. They disbanded in 1991, and still reform every now and then, but their best work IMHO is their two albums Nothing's Shocking (1988) and Ritual de lo Habitual (1990). Led by iconoclast Perry Farrell, the guitar player Dave Navarro had a brief stint in the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Requiem, Opus 9 - Written in 1947 by the French composer Maurice Durufle. A beautiful work incorporating Gregorian chant with modern orchestral writing. Durufle doesn't maintain a website, since he died in 1986... Use google for more info.
