Lost Boy's site has been around for nearly a year
now, so it's about time for a story writing
competition.
Lost Boy's First Other-Worldly Story Competition
1. The competition is for a new erotic alien
group-mind story, of a minimum of 2500 words
(think "Body Snatchers", "Village of the Damned",
"Pea"...)
2. The competition begins now, and stories
must be submitted by 31 January 2004
3. Every submitting author will get one vote,
for a story not their own. In the case of
a tie, Lost Boy will have the casting vote.
Voting will conclude by 12 Midnight GMT,
14 February 2004 (if I can work out when
this is...), or when all the authors have
submitted their votes to me.
4. All submissions will be posted up on Lost
Boy's Other-Worldly Story Collection, with
the copyright retained by the author. The
stories will be posted as they are received.
5. The winner will receive a big old gold star
next to their story, in .gif or .jpg format
(your choice!) and a fawning blurb in Lost
Boy's Other-Worldly Story Links.
I'll have trouble updating the site over Christmas,
so maybe it's a good time to get writing, and
I hope to see some great stories come out of it!
