Kate Robbins stared into the dingy mirror as she spread the paste over her toothbrush. The long ride across the desert the day before had been pretty tiring, especially with just the 15 year old Ibrahim for company. The lumpy mattress in the hostelry bed hadn’t helped much either and she was feeling a bit groggy and wrung out. The last few days at the site had been… troubling. Kate couldn’t pin down a specific reason for her sense of disquiet, but there was something hanging just below the surface of things that didn’t feel right. The work had been pretty standard so far—almost boring, in fact. Maybe it was the very boredom that was getting to her. There was usually a sense of excitement associated with a new dig, but this one seems so generally unpromising, that a sense of disappointment had set in. No interesting artifacts visible other than the heavily damaged statue in the temple and absolutely no hieroglyphs or writing of any kind—which was particularly strange… and which left her with almost nothing to do unless some were discovered. The growing boredom had led to other problems, as well. With little work to do, Kate noticed that her mind was dwelling on sex, for some reason; and it didn’t help that she kept getting some sort of hot flashes—which was really strange since she was a bit young to be going through menopause. The presence of Ashley in the tent, preventing her from scratching her itch, just seemed to be making things worse. As she stood there staring into the mirror, her hand gravitated down to the junction of her legs, following her train of thought. Maybe, Kate thought, a little bit of relaxation is the order of the day. Kate’s hand finished its trip, slipping under the elastic waistband of her panties. Her fingers ran through her lush pubic hair, finding the swollen, moist lips of her cunt. Oooh, yes, she mused, just what the doctor ordered.
Kate had just sunk down
upon the nearby toilet, slipping her panties down to her ankles, when a knock
rattled the door of her small room.
