The Birthday Satyr is standing impatiantly by the stage in La Taverna. He's been there all day, clipboard in hand. He's doing an official“obsrvation” of a certain Birthday Nymph, and it's cutting into his gamboling time.
Stage, decorated as Victorian-era London alley... about half-done. “Needs Improvement.”
Fog machine... on the fritz. “Needs improvement.”
Gas street lamp... that doesn't light. “Needs improvement.”
Special Invitation to the birthday boy to don Ripper Costume and show up... still attached to unsent costume. “Needs Improvement.”
Birthday Nymph who was supposed to be in a corset and stockings and pseudo-victorian prostitute dress.... missing. “Needs Improvement.”
Birthday cake with genuine Victorian flavor... well, well, there IS a cake. He tastes it. “P-tah! P-Tah!” Tastes like it's been left out since the Victorian era... “Needs Improvement.”
