Dear Dr Dan: When I masturbate I get the usual feelings like my penis gets larger and I get pleasure out of it, but what I want to know is that when I cum I shoot my urine out insted of my sperm. Could you tell my why this is please?

Hello Steven. Are you entirely sure that what you ejaculate is actually urine? In my entire career I have never heard of this occurring, and in fact the penis has a kind of 'valve' at the base which prevents urine from entering the vas defrens whilst the penis is erect. I would suggest that maybe what you are ejaculating is a watery seminal fluid which looks like urine. In any case, I would urge you to see a male health counsellor who will examine you and let you know exactly what is going on. Don't worry, they are very professional and discreet!
