Hi Michelle! Thanks for writing to me. Taking the pill can indeed have some effect on the sex drive and libido of certain women. It's a side effect, like any drug on the market, and it affects different women in different ways.

I would book an appointment with your gynacoleagist and explain the problem - he may be able to prescribe a different type of contraceptive pill.
