There are many embarrassing things to watch. Catching your brother in the midst of shagging a cow while still wearing his Billy Bob Fried Chicken Grill bird suit, for example. But when it comes to all those obviously adult men prancing around in A Wank In The Woods in Boy Scouts uniform, it's a different form of embarrassment - I feel embarrassed for them while watching them. I don't know what William Higgins is trying to do here, maybe to raise quick money to pay off his landlords, perhaps, because the "highlights" of this movie are a bunch of adults pretending awkwardly to be Boy Scouts taking a long time singing horribly, playing the guitar fakely, and bizarrely launching into synchronized stripping before they have a wank-off competition. There's a shorter scene of the same where four men banter awkwardly before jerking off. The rest of the movie is padded with "behind-the-scenes" moments, perhaps for the benefit of aspiring pornographers who want to learn how to make a quick buck by making unsatisfactory movies like this one, I suppose. The show ends with a ridiculous solo scene by Maxim, who looks like a leering Ken doll that has just discovered steroids and the joylessness of full-body shave.

At least the guys blow a decent load and the scenery is beautiful despite the presence of Jan Dvorak and his always comical exaggerated facial expressions. There is something wrong about a gay adult film when the non-sexual filler scenes are longer than the actual filthy motherload scenes that people watch this movie for in the first place.
