Manville: The City Of Men
is a very formulaic Kristen Bjorn movie that doesn't really offer anything new. The men look like they are all made from the same hairless himbo mart and as they fuck, the only thoughts that cross their minds are no doubt the next part of their body that they intend to shave or tattoo next. This movie is set in some European city where all the men wear nothing but unbuttoned jackets and jeans and they don't just walk, they swagger until they get so horny that they start gyrating their hips like the professional strippers they are.
This movie, therefore, is one that seems to be constructed from plastic from the actors' shiny forehead down to their muscular flanks. The scenes are standard fuck-and-suck ones, often involving two couples who eventually swap partners. The third scene featuring the swapping couples of Jason Kingsley, Max Veneziano, Matthieu Costa, and Marcello Lars is easily the best scene in this movie because of a very memorable double penetration scene where macho guy Mr Costa takes it up the ass with ease and gusto. That and the fact that Jason Kingsley is too cute and even too Teen Beat wholesome compared to the overly-plastic made-in-Bjorn steroidal Ken dolls in this movie.
I recognize the walking steroid bag Xavier Montenegro from his appearance in the Brazilian magazine G, where he ends up in a memorable "Making Of..." clip where he cheerfully urinates, makes love to a pool mattress, and pours milk all over his body. From a walking mongoloid, he is hot like a melting nuclear plant in that video. Lookswise, he is comparable to a pre-hepatitis Rocco Siffrendi. Unfortunately, in his debut, he doesn't do anything other than oral sex. How disappointing indeed.
I'm sure if you've seen one Kristen Bjorn movie, you've seen them all. Normally, this won't be a bad thing since we are, after all, talking about adult movies, but
Manville: City Of Men
is too bright - the lighting is too bright, the teeth of the actors are too shiny as are their foreheads and muscles, everything seems to have taken the shiny hue of brand new plastic sheets fresh from the production mill. The ersatzness of this movie is so overpowering from the looks of the actors to their over-choreographed sex scenes to the point that the only way it can redeem itself is to have Aqua's Barbie Girl playing in the background.
