2004/11/25 I've caught a lot of shit from readers who think I've let Bill turn into John in early posts of part 4. Wrong. Take another look.
2008/11/17 So here's the story. I wrote some chunks of the follow-on a number of years ago. After a while, I posted them, as incomplete, and drafts. I got a lot of shit, particularly from one anonymous reader. I pulled the stuff off. Time passes. So here it is, back again. What you see is what you get! Don't expect additions, and really don't expect major additions! Don't expect minor additions!
