This is quite a complete picture and story told in one cohesive, well-structured sentence: well done. For me, the last verb should be pluperfect rather than simple past: «wearing [it] ... had been a very bad idea»; not a serious problem, though.
The «bare bottom» made me mentally move the scene from the party setting (where it would have been only a public embarrassment) to the office (where it became something more intimate...and more drastic). Yes, hmmm.... Very good.

This story lost me. I can not figure out why she is getting a spanking to start with. Sorry, but this story did not work for me. Did the new Principal spanks anybody who showed up wearing a short skirt? What were the rest of the people at this party doing while this spanking was going on? Was she the only one there? I can see a gym full of students wearing various costumes, stopping to watch this. Too many questions and no answers.

Great. Great mini-saga! Even with limited words, the author was able to paint enough of a scene that we were able to get a pretty vivid glimpse, of what was happening. Though, it left me with a lot of unanswered questions, I enjoyed it enough, that I would love to see it expanded one day, to a full length story, filling in the blanks.
