This is the first story with a spanko content I have ever written.  It is sci-fi, which for some peculiar reason is classified in SSC as Period.

The Android

By

It took much courage for Leticia Mangold, a 65-year-old spinster, to buy an android with special features, even in the swinging 80's.

She was born in 2020 to very religious parents, who had firm ideas about the sinfulness of sex.  At fourteen, she was caught petting and was soundly thrashed for it.  This, plus the subsequent lectures about immorality, created a lifelong antipathy towards men.  But it didn't stop the dark thoughts at night.

Her father died when she was twenty-five, leaving her a quarter of his fortune.  Two years later she left home, moved to the city, and lived obscurely in a brown-stone townhouse.  It was the windfall of 100,000 credits from the lottery that made her decide to do what she'd dreamed about for many a lonely year, namely buy a special android as a housemaid.  It had two previous owners; she could not have afforded a new one. It was pretty and shapely.  Originally, it had been designed for playboys with specific requirements like hers; it could be disciplined.

It was not difficult for Leticia to find fault.  Only two weeks after delivery she sent for it, and complained about the state of the washbasin.  "Not good enough!" she stated.  "Hold out your hand."  The android was given two hard strokes on each hand with a ruler.  Leticia slept well that night, still basking in the excitement.

A week later, Leticia, wielding a cane, ordered the android into the bathroom.  "This room is not clean," she said.  "Put your hands on the other side of the bath."

The android's skirts were lifted, the panties pulled down.  "You will count each smack out aloud," she ordered.  The cane slashed down on the android's silicone bottom with a thrilling thwack.

"One," said the android.

The cane came down again.  "Two."

Letitia allowed herself twelve delicious strokes, and went to bed a contentedly aroused woman.  For six months she enjoyed her fun, sometimes fantasising she was punishing her father, even though the android's bottom was curvaceous.

One evening, cane in hand, she ordered the android to bend over. "No!" said the android.  "You've reached the limit of forty punishments."

Dispassionately, the android pushed Leticia face down over the table.  She was held firmly.  Despite her struggles, her skirts were lifted, her bottom bared, and she was soundly spanked.  At last, with her bottom glowing red. she was allowed to get up.

Later in bed, Letitia thought deeply.  Her bottom was smarting fiercely.  This was not what she'd expected.  Good, or bad?  After deliberation, she decided on balance, good.

Going back to the shop, she explained, delicately, what had happened.  The salesman calmly confessed that he'd omitted to reveal this feature, and had forgotten that the setting had been for forty punishments.  It was adjustable, he mentioned casually.  She could set it to give or take any number she wanted, from zero to one-thousand. Would she like to be shown how to make the adjustments?  Letitia did, and went home happily.

The End

All I could think of after reading that story was, I hope she sues the shop.  I also had a scary image of the doll I spanked as a kid suddenly deciding to spank back.  Eeek!

What I liked a lot about the story was how easy it is to believe that somebody born in 2020 would face a puritanical upbringing, and would have to look to androids to satisfy her cravings.  It's sad, of course, but with the way the society is going, I wouldn't be at all surprised.  Good story, all in all.

I liked the lively description of the characters (the back story of Letitia's history and the Android herself).  But I wish the word count was not as limited so the period 2020 could have been explored further, too.

I loved this story.  Well written and defiantly one that just begs for a sequel.
