Knights to Remember

Prostrate on the stones; she was grievously humble as shadowed women stripped her. A high-born lass takes her penance as she can. And for a Queen, no one wields leather and wood like the chosen Handmaids of the Lord.
Queen Guinevere came for punishment. Repentant Gwen had come to stay. Forever.

...The Beginning: When Lancelot arrived in Camelot, aloof politeness ruled their observances with one another. As time passes, Lance became First Knight, earning Arthur's genuine respect and friendship.
Jealous Guinevere soon found fault with the Frenchman-Who-Could-Do-No-Wrong.
However, Arthur's decree stood: Lance should guard the Queen on her daily ride.
"How do you ever manage to sleep, sir?...Or, do you rest on the Seventh Day, like the Christian God?" Guinevere sniped.
"Lady, I'm no different from other men."
"Remember that, sir. Remove that stick from your backside, then maybe you'll pass for human....I don't know why Arthur puts up with you!"
Gaelic power seethed around the irate Queen. "Arthur's a saint, as I've always known. How he puts up with you, Lady, would try another man's patience!"
"You dare?! Sanctimonious prig!" Gwen's heart pounded; no one argued with her! Except her loving father....And Arthur, who doted on her as a loving husband; treating her as beloved pet. "You should joust with humility, sir. It'd do you good to lose!"
"It'd do you good to stand at the banquet this night, Lady!" Guinevere reached to slap him, but Lance had her facedown over his saddle before she blinked.

...Whip tines assailed her naked pampered skin like pincers of fire. These nuns took penance seriously. And to punish an adulterous Queen was the ultimate chore for God and country.
Gwen's scalding tears flooded the cold stones, but her heart remained frigid. Her exhausted mind sought escape. The whip thudded down.
Funny. She used to enjoy....

"...being beaten? Are you mad?! Arthur will boil you in oil!" Lancelot's palm spanked Guinevere's wriggling bottom; his unique strength impressing her as never before.
"Lady, Arthur is my Liege. I serve him above all. We needn't be enemies – it causes him great pain. If you but meet me half way, Highness?...Gwen...?"
Later, she'd more than met him. Guinevere lusted for Lancelot after her first spanking. No one had seen through her spoilt attitude – till this brazen Frenchman.
Not Arthur. He would never think to hurt her...
So, they made love in secret. Gwen was spanked thoroughly when she was bad. And spanked playfully when she was good.
Arthur knew. An aura of passion surrounded his wife and Lancelot, but as a man he wouldn't betray them.
...Till vile circumstance left the King no choice.

..."Sisters! Thrash me till first blood. Cleanse me of my sin against God and my King!" Her strength faltered. Guinevere surrendered her will to Holy Mother Church.
Shut behind cloistered convent walls for the rest of her life, the floggings continued every week until her death.
But Gwen never repudiated her treasured memories of her passionate Lancelot, and her brilliant-but-distracted King Arthur....

Interesting piece. Funny but I've never thought of Lancelot as a spanker...maybe because he was always played on stage by folks who weren't my ideal spankers. This story makes him seem a lot different and more exciting. A lot was packed into this story. Basically the whole Arthurian legend was there and amazing it was.

Interesting, mind-boggling, good flow, original. Impressive work author! About the only thing I can see wrong with it, is actually just reviewer preference. I don't like the way we skipped from the past to the present to the past and then to the present. It confused me ever so slightly. On the other hand, once I read it again, I understood, so it conveys the thought well. Once again, author, this is a piece to be proud of.

This story is Great. I love how there is a nice twist on the regular and often overused King Arthur stories. This one give a nice little surprise, and oh what a surprise it was for her...too bad she would shut herself in a convent to be whipped and spanked, much better for the poor brat to be over a loving man's lap, so at the end I feel sorry for her. But wouldn't it be fun to watch! :)
