This was very cute. Came up with some clever items here. I have but one quibble on the singing part...the first day of Christmas item just doesn't sing right. I tried so many ways but it just didn't work. However, one of my favorites «eight ping pong paddles» worked brilliantly. So kudos to the author. We'll have to have the author repost during the Christmas season.

This is a very nice parody, but it doesn't seem to do anything particularly clever with the source materiel. "Nine tails-a-swishing" was quite nice, but the other action lines from the original ("Swans a-swimming" "Ladies dancing" "Lords a-leaping" etc) are not echoed in the form of the parody. This was ok, but not as good as I might have hoped for. Thanks and please keep writing.

I rated this parody quite low, not because it was not accurate to the original, nor because the chosen words, phrases or images were without interest. I rate it low because the original source material is so boring in the first place! Twelve Days.... seems a poor choice to parody because the music is so totally repetitive. I just scanned down to see what line had been added for each day and went, "Ho Hum".
Even well executed boring material is boring material.
