A technical summary of the Teller's view of how to construct a sex story.

This page describes the Teller's story sequence model - its view of how to construct a sex story. This is by no means a complete model of human sexuality. All it does is reflect my own preferences for sexy stories.

We can think of a Teller story as consisting of a series of actions. The Teller essentially writes the story by using the story sequence model to create a plausible series of actions. This is done by evaluating the action state definitions described below. Each definition identifies some action during sex play. The definition also provides a list of plausible actions that might come next. The Teller uses that list to decide, one action at a time, what happens next in a sex story. This is described further in Action State Format below.

Each paragraph in the Teller's collection has a paragraph tag that summarizes the sex action in that paragraph. Each action state definition contains a list of paragraph tags that identify appropriate action for that story state. Often, but not always, the action state tag is the same as the paragraph tag.

Paragraph Tag Summaries

Each paragraph in the Teller's collection contains a paragraph tag to indicate the sort of things going on in the story. Note that some paragraph tags suggest what sort of clothing the girl will be wearing - the paragraph tag does not by itself select the clothing. All it does is indicate that the paragraph describes a situation where such clothing would be appropriate. For example, a story set in a school won't have a girl wearing a nightgown.

He lifts her top up from the bottom to fondle her breasts. This is ambiguous as to where the waist is. It's different from fondle skirt up in that we're fondling breasts, not crotch.

He enters her, and it's unclear who's on top or what.

She gets on top of him from some unspecified position and sits on his cock.

She has an orgasm while he is masturbating her.

Initial paragraph, generally with her wearing some sort of lingerie, and they have a dispute of some sort. This leads to tickling.

She starts out wearing clothes and strips to her lingerie. Kissing probably occurred.

Initial paragraph, she is wearing a nighty.

Initial paragraph, she is in school, she is wearing a dress. She can't be wearing a bra.

• kiss tickle

They are in conflict, a chase ensues, and a tickle fight. It ends with kissing and will clearly lead to additional foreplay.

They are assumed to be in somewhat close proximity, in a comfortable place, and their lips meet. His hands might move around over her clothes, but he doesn't touch bare erogenous skin.

• on his face

She moves over top of him, places her pussy over his face, and he licks her.

They both are licking each other. It should not matter what foreplay, manual or oral, occurs first.

Action State Format

The Action State Definitions below contain four major parts:

The tag for the action state - this consists of one or more lowercase words or badly-formed acronyms
A brief summary of what happens in the action
A list of zero or more Paragraph Tags - each tag indicates a specific form of this action
A list of Next States - indicates which action states are allowed to follow this one.

The Teller would create a story the following way:

Begin with the start sate
The Teller takes the Action State Definition for the current state and randomly picks a tag from the list of Paragraph Tags.
If there were no Paragraph Tags in the state, the Teller doesn't generate a paragraph. If there is a tag, it selects a paragraph from its collection that has a matching tag. It picks up the appropriate clothing, names, and so on, and generates the paragraph containing that text.
The Teller looks at the list of Next States in the definition. If the list is empty, the story is finished. Otherwise, the Teller randomly picks the next action from the list of next states. This becomes the current state.
Continue with Step 2.

Here is an example:

Begin with the start state.
There are no Paragraph Tags, so randomly select one of the Next States.
Look up the action state definition for the selected next state. For example, assume the next state is intro clothed.
Pick a story paragraph containing one of the intro clothed paragraph tags. For example, choosing intro nighty produces a story that starts off in a situation where a girl might be wearing a nighty.
The Teller generates the first paragraph of the story after choosing a paragraph that contains the intro nighty paragraph tag.
The Teller decides on the next action in the story. It looks in the Next States list of the current Action State (intro clothed) to pick the next Action State. In this example, the only choice for a next state is kissing, but in most cases there is a choice. Continue processing this state, and every subsequent state, the same way.
Eventually the Teller reaches an orgasm state in which the Next States list is empty. If there are no choices for a next state, then the story is finished.

There is no 'start' paragraph. This state leads to any of the 'intro' states.
