The United States Supreme Court ruled on April 16, 2002 that adult material that includes sexually explicit acts with minors, or depicting minors involvement in a sex act, and was NOT made through the use of any actual minor is protected free speech. The ruling was against the Child Pornography Prevention Act of 1996 (CPPA) and the entire ruling is available via Findlaw.com.

Title 18, Part I, Chapter 110, Section 2256 of the United States Code defines what constitutes child pornography in the United States. The key part of this definition is paragraph 8, including subparagraph A, which states in part:

child pornography means any visual depiction ... where the production of such visual depiction involves the use of a minor ...

If WE want to change the way adult erotic fiction is received and then ultimately discouraged by many religious and policially connected prevaricators and frauds WE must vote the sanctimonious people out of power who continue to commit pedophilic, homosexual, and other so called disgusting and vile perversions and then hide behind the veil of hypocritical political protection once caught. Left in a comfortable room completely naked with toys and mental stimulation of various types around them a child is more likely to find some way to entertain themselves with any of the playthings or gadgets in a perfectly innocent and non-sexual manner than to lie back, spread their legs, and run their fingers across their external sexual organs. As a GENERAL rule young children do not engage in sexual activity unless provoked or coerced into it. Enough empirical evidence has been collected through time and in carefully documented studies to satisfy that statement without fear of initiating a debate that will ignite the next world crisis.

There have been medical cases carefully described in juried publications that document an infrequent incident where a child has insatiable sexual urges and seeks out the constant tactile fulfillment of genital (penile and clitoral) masturbation, but those are not nearly as common as would be hoped for by sexually aroused adults with far too much time and their own sexual organs in their hands.

Children are typically not sophisticated or mature enough to determine for themselves what type of sexual contact is appropriate in any given situation, which is why many cultures around the world dictate an acceptable minimum age of consent, adulthood, and maturity.

It is only after many years of careful and thorough discourse that a child may be able to fully comprehend the consequences of their actions and those of people who attempt to sway that child's opinions toward sexual activities. It is often local cultural or social stresses that force children into sexual circumstances that will sway their minds toward what is considered pleasant, in spite of what the society as a whole agrees upon. Once modern medical science is able to make that determination and enough subjects have been studied through an extensive battery of radiological, chemical, and surgical experiments the rest of humanity may eagerly seek out the results. Once they find them agreeable they may choose to follow along and willingly submit to having their brains altered to those same parameters.

The correctly spelled word Rudius describes a cerimonial wooden sword that was given by the Emperor of Rome to a Gladiator at the time of his or her freedom and was presented to the Gladiator in the Arena in front of a supportive audience, bestowing adulation upon a figure who rose from a cruel and harsh beginning to the pinnacle of physical achievement. The Rudius was presented only AFTER the Gladiator provided the Emperor and the audience with many hours of entertainment and was considered the highest reward for a person who was only hours before considered a slave and the property of his or her master, their craft one that most normal people of the day would find objectionable and had no desire to participate in.

This nickname, Rewdius, is being used by the author since in creating these literary works and providing them without monetary gain freedom has been granted to these works so they can be actively supported and heralded by the crowd that considers them worthy and entertaining, about a subject that most around the world deem unacceptable in public or private. The reader is bestowed both the roles as Emperor and audience in this case hopefully to enjoy the works contained herein.

Only constructively well-written responses, either positive or negative, would have been considered as worthy by the author for the continued posting of these or any other works. Flaming NEVER counted as constructive feedback, no matter how well written. However, a well thought out response that could have clearly communicated to any intelligent and sophisticated reader regarding the inappropriate use of grammatical structure, style, or spelling, and possibly the use of male or female individuals as subject matter in a fictional work would have been read and thoroughly consulted as a basis for continued or even the DIS-continuation of future works. Those contributions significant and constructive enough, whether positive or negative, might have been posted on this page as a means to help other readers and authors regarding their desire to peruse this website, but alas ... nobody took the time.

If any adult reader does not enjoy or promote this type of fiction they should ask themselves what they were doing reading it and then taking the time to submit a response.
