The following are case reports highlighting the progress we've made in the area of Ether detection, gathering, control and response as it relates to heightened sexual situations involving a diverse sampling of average citizens.Previous to this project, all tests were conducted in relaxed environments with consenting test subjects. Results from such tests fell far below our expectations. It is believed that these tests failed due to the familiarity between the participants. Emotional and physical responses were too diluted (diffused) to achieve the results we had hoped for.Due to new developments in unrelated fields of study, I believe that we may have a solution to this dilemma. With the Council's approval, I would like to begin a new round of testing immediately.To begin I will require (but not limited to) the following:

Use of labs 20 through 30 in the Highland Center, my own research team (see attached list 1b), an extraction team (see attached list 1c), access to the MERI device (to clean subjects memories), sensory heightening and mood altering pharmaceuticals (see attached list 1d), and possibly the use of the emergency medical team already in place at Highland.

Events described in these stories occur after the restart of the project in 1976 but before those that take place in "Eve of Destruction" and "Anamnesis". These are stand alone tales and do not contain any key plot elements relevant to the Moments Universe, though characters may appear as test subjects.

"Experiment #121"
Two teenage girls. Best friends. Plucked from their bedrooms in the middle of the night. Forced to become unwilling participants in an experiment conducted by a top secret organization. But the each have a secret of their own, one they are frightened the other will discover. A secret each fears could tear their friendship apart, but will haunt them forever if never told.

"Experiment #207"
Fifty-five year old Mark James is an average guy. He has a wife, two daughters, and three granddaughters. He drives a mid-sized car, lives in a two story home, and plans to retire in a couple of years so that he can spend more of his time fishing or laying around the house (though his wife is under the assumption they will do some traveling). Life has been fair to him, but devoid of any moments that he could look back and say, 'Wow! Now that was exciting!' All of that is about to change however. Project Phoenix has selected him for an evening he'll never forget, well... at least until they wipe his memory clean.
