After reading my stories, you might just begin to wonder who I am and why I write what I do.  I'll try to give you a little background on myself and answer some of the many questions I've gotten over the years.

Q. Why do you use the name Lambchop?

A. My Pen Name is Lambchop.  Many people wonder why I chose that name.  Let me set the record straight.  I do NOT have a fascination with either Shari Lewis' sock puppet, nor am I a fan of the band Lambchop.  (In fact, I only found out about the band by googling myself!)  I picked the name Lambchop because my wife's initials spell out L-A-M-B and I added the "chop" because I thought that "lamb" was too short a name by itself and that it would be kind of weird-sounding, especially for an erotic author.

Q. I'd like to know a little more about you. Are a man or a woman? Are you married?

A. From the way I write, some people think I am a woman, while others think I am a man.  I am a 38 year old father of six (3 boys & 3 girls ranging in age from 6 to 17, including a set of identical twins) and I've been happily married for the last 17 years to a wonderful woman.

Q. Where do you live?

A. We're originally from Queens, NY (a suburb of New York City).  In 2000, we moved to Bethlehem, PA to give our children a better life (and a LOT more room to run around!).

Q. When did you start writing erotic stories?

A. I discovered the newsgroups Alt.Sex.Stories , Alt.Sex.Stories.Moderated and Alt.Sex.Stories.d (discussion) when I first went online, in February of 1998.  I enjoyed reading the sex stories posted there and came to realize that many of them were really well written.  As I became fascinated with the stories (and the discussion group, which seemed to discuss everything under the sun), I decided to try my hand at writing erotic literature.  My first posted story was "Strip Darts".  I've come a long way since then (as far as writing quality goes).

Q. I don't see any advertising links on your site.  How are you able to provide a free site with no ads?

A. Through the generosity of ASSTR and millions of its supporters, free web space is made available to erotic authors such as myself.  If you'd like to help keep my site and others like it (see the links section) free, please consider donating to ASSTR.  ASSTR is a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping erotic stories on the web free for all people.  For more details, or to make a contribution (any amount can help), please visit http://www.asstr-mirror.org/donations.html.  All donations are tax deductible and can be made anonymously if you prefer.

Q. Your newest story appears to be about four years old.  Are you going to write any more?

A. Unfortunately, I have not written any stories since 1999.  The last four years have been busy ones in my life and I was never able to make the time to sit down and write.  Hopefully sometime in the future I'll write more stories.

Q. I really enjoyed your stories,  Can I send you email with some comments?

A. Of course!  I really enjoy hearing from readers who've enjoyed my stories.  I even like hearing from those who did not enjoy them.  You can send me email at Lambchopq@hotmail.com or Lambchopq@aol.com.  If you'd prefer, you can send me feedback on my stories directly from this site by visiting this page.  Your comments can even be anonymous if you'd prefer!

Q. Your stories made me hot!  Can I send you a nude photo of myself?

A. Sure!  As long as you're a woman over the age of eighteen, feel free to send me a photo of yourself (nude or not - its up to you!).  Men can send pictures of their wives or girlfriends if they wish, but keep in mind that I am a straight man and am not interested in seeing any naked guys (and my wife is only interested in seeing one - me!), so only women please!  (No offense to any gay or bi readers!)

Q. I have a few suggestions on how you can improve one of your stories.  Can I send them to you?

A. Sure, you can send them, but my policy is that once a story is posted, it is finished.  Sure a few of them might need a little more work, but I am not one of those authors who re-release their stories over and over again with revisions.  I feel that once I've read a story, I do not wish to re-read that story again with slight differences made.  It ruins the experience for me and I feel that it would do the same for most others.  So I do not revise my stories (except to change email and/or website addresses as necessary) once they've been posted.

Q. I have some story ideas for a story I'd like for you to write for me.  Can I send them to you?

A. Once again, feel free to send them to me.  I might write something based on them, but more than likely I will not, especially if it involves something that is not within my tastes.

Q. You mentioned newsgroups above.  What are they and how can I find them?

A. Well, the easiest way for a "newbie" to find newsgroups is through Google Groups which is a web-based interface to the newsgroups.  Newgroups (also called usenet) actually predates the internet and has been around for a very long time.  You can find a lot of information on the Alt.Sex newsgroup hierarchies for newbies here.

Q. I am interested in getting started as an erotic writer.  Can you help me?

A. That's a tough one.  I can answer some basic questions for you, but I am not as qualified to help as many of my friends who hang out on the newsgroup Alt.Sex.Stories.d .  Once, a long time ago, I tried to help someone get started and the results were discouraging for both of us.  I really would prefer not to repeat that disastrous experience again.  However, feel free to write to ask general questions and if I can help, I will.

Q. What are those letters (MF, FFM, MC) next to the story titles?  Are they some kind of secret code?

A. In a way, yes, but its not so secret.  Those letters are called "Story Codes".  They tell you what kind of sexual situations you can find in the stories.  They can help you find the kinds of stories you like so you can read them and they can also steer you away from stories with content that might not be your cup of tea.  You can find an explanation of the various story codes here.  The most basic codes are: M = male, F = Female.
