The slow, steady drip was starting to grate on her
nerves. Drip. Drip. Drip. Drip. Steady, constant,
irritating.
Drip. Drip. Drip. Drip.
Gatekeeper jumped onto the counter and Janet let out a
little 'eep' in surprise.
"Hey, Mom?" said a voice behind her. "Everything
okay?"
"Yeah. Sorry. I was watching the drip in the sink
and kinda got lost in thought," Janet Fraiser
explained. "Then your damned cat jumps up and scares
the cra... Well, Gate startled me."
"You aren't going all freaky on me, are you?"
Cassandra asked as she picked up Gatekeeper, her cat.
Cassandra and Sam had persuaded Janet to adopt the
grey kitten shortly after Cassandra had given her dog
Boomer to her seriously ill best friend as the girl
and her family relocated. Cassie knew her mom loved
the solid grey cat but would never admit it. Not
after a lifetime of dogs for pets.
Janet smiled at her daughter. "No. No freakiness
here. But I think I can understand why the Chinese
water torture was so effective."
"Chinese water torture? What's that?"
Janet turned a straight face to Cassandra, "It's a way
for single parents to punish disobedient children
without leaving marks..."
"Hey, I did the laundry," Cassie protested. "And the
dishes. And I cleaned Gatekeeper's litter box."
"What about mowing the lawn?"
"It rained last night. The grass is still wet. You
wanna get Sam over here to fix the mower when it gums
up again?"
A painful look crossed Janet's face quickly. "No. I
think the grass can wait."
"Mom? What happened with you and Sam? I only see her
once in a while and she's never over here."
"It's complicated, sweetie."
"Yeah, that's what you always say." Cassie thought
for a moment then suggested, "You know, I bet Sam
could fix that drip in a second. And the stove."
Both eyed the oven door, hooked up to keep it closed.
"No, there's no need to disturb her. I'll just call a
plumber..."
Cassie shook her head and did her duck walk into the
living room, leaving Janet alone with her thoughts.
'Mom must be upset. She always laughs at the duck
walk,' Cassie thought.
Drip. Drip. Drip. Drip.

"They used to do everything together. Shopping,
dinners, movies... Did anything happen at the SGC to
cause this?"
"No, I don't think so," Jonas answered. "Everything
just changed last month. Stopped talking. They eat
at different tables in the cafeteria. The only
interaction I've seen at all is when they have no
choice."
"Did Sam get sick or bring some disease back?"
"No. If so, why would it just be the two of them
affected?"
Cassie sighed heavily, "Yeah."
"So, what do we do? It's so obvious that they belong
together."
"Really? You think so too?"
"Yes. If ever two people belonged together, it's your
mom and Sam," Jonas said.
"You know you have to keep it to yourself, right?"
"Yeah, I heard something about that from Jack when one
of the NORAD officers left abruptly. Don't worry.
If... When this works out, I'll keep their...our
secret."
"Oh, thanks, Jonas."
"You're welcome. Now, what did you have in mind?"
"Well, not much. I was just thinking, if we could get
them together..."
"Things'd go smoother at home and in the mountain,"
Jonas finished Cassandra's statement. "Everyone would
be happy."
"Right! Now we only have to figure out how..." The
girl's voice faded out on the line.
"Hello? Cassandra? You still there?"
"Yeah, Jonas. Just thinking. Uncle Jack wouldn't be
too happy."
"If I've learned anything about Jack O'Neill, it's
that he cares about his people. If they're happy,
he's happy. Or he will be soon. I know about the
background and I also know Sam doesn't feel the same
way. We just have to get her alone with Janet...
"Wait! We're leaving tomorrow and... I don't know if
this will work but... No, probably a stupid idea."
"What?"
"It'll never work."
"What?!?"
"Forget it."
"WHAT?"
Jonas smiled at his unseen co-conspirator. "Well, I
was thinking, we're going to P2R-357 tomorrow..." He
paused in thought.
"And?"
"After we get there, I fake an injury or something.
Something to get your mom to come through the Gate.
Then, I'll figure out some way to get them alone
together and..."
"Voila, dude!"
"Yes, exactly. Voila! Uh, Dudette?"

As with all such plans, things did not go the way they
were supposed to. Jack O'Neill developed a head cold
and the mission was postponed a week. After that,
there was another of the seemingly endless crises that
struck the SGC, again postponing the mission.
After the crisis, Hammond put all SG teams on
stand-down status for a week. SG-3 was given the
assignment that Jonas had mentioned to Cassie four
weeks before and they were stymied in their plan to
bring the two women together. Fortunately, fate in
the unexpected form of Jack O'Neill stepped in.
The distance between Sam and Janet became more
noticeable as time went on. And Janet seemed more
tense than anyone had seen her, considering the lack
of any current crisis.
Even Jack O'Neill noticed that things weren't right.
"Jonas, you seem to notice everything. Have you
noticed anything odd lately?"
"Odd, Colonel?"
"Yeah, odd. You know, unusual, outta whack, weird,
etc."
"I am familiar with the term, sir."
"Well?"
"To what specifically are you referring, O'Neill?"
Jumping and spinning practically simultaneously, Jack
O'Neill glared at his tall friend, "Don't do that!
How a guy as big as you can sneak up someone like
that..."
"I was not sneaking, O'Neill. I am merely...light on
my feet." Teal'c said the last with a raised eyebrow
in lieu of a smile.
"Yeah. Well, anyway, what about you? Sense anything
out of the ordinary?"
"There does seem to be some tension between Major
Carter and Doctor Fraiser."
Jonas gulped and both men turned to him.
"Jonas?"
"Jonas Quinn, do you know something that we should be
made aware of?"
"Uh, no. I just..."
"Jonas?"
Taking a deep breath, Jonas said, "You told me there
were certain things that weren't done in your
military. Right?" Jack nodded. "Then I think I'll
just walk away before I say anything."
"Too late, Jonas. You said something." Jack clapped
a hand on Jonas' shoulder firmly. "Are you saying
that Carter & the Doc are...?"
"No! No, nothing like that."
"Then what?!?"
"Well, it's just that..."
"Doctor Fraiser and Major Carter seemed destined to be
together to me as well," Teal'c said. "These
ridiculous Tau'ri restrictions are an impediment to
their union."
"Destined? Union? What the hell are you talking
about?" Jack asked needlessly. He knew very well what
Teal'c, and Jonas, were saying. But two women? It
was okay - hell, it was great in videos or on Cinemax
but...Carter? And the Doc?
Suddenly, like a light bulb being turned on, his brain
filled with a multitude of images of the two women
together. To Jack O'Neill's credit, not all the
images were lurid. And he reached a fateful decision.
"I love a challenge," Jack announced. "C'mon. Let's
go someplace private to talk." He headed towards the
elevator, looking over his shoulder, "Teal'c, you
better grab that hat."
"Colonel?" Jonas asked, confused by the sudden turn of
events.
"Don't worry. I have a cunning plan."

Sam Carter sat at her computer, analyzing the latest
data from the Naqadah reactor. It looked promising.
She just needed some more specifics to confirm her
hypothesis.
"Hey Carter! Whatcha doin'?"
"Hi sir. Just going over the latest readings from the
test reactor. If this data holds up, we may be able
to generate a lot more power with only a minimum of
Naqadah reactant. Maybe even enough to power the
Gate."
"That's just great. You don't say. How 'bout that."
Jack wandered aimlessly around Sam's small lab,
touching different items needlessly.
"Sir?"
"Um, yeah?" Jack turned around. "What?"
"Uh, I don't know, sir. You came in here."
"Oh yeah. Well, ya see, I got this cousin. In-law.
Cousin in-law. And, well, my cousin is only gonna be
in town for a few days and I was kinda..."
"Sir, please sit down. You look like your shoes and
your socks are on fire."
Jack sat on a lab stool. 'Only eggheads too busy to
see the world around them would think these things are
comfortable,' he thought, giving no consideration to
the fact that many of his favorite barstools are
constructed the same way.
"Well, Carter, what I'm tryin' ta ask is... Would you
consider going out with my cousin - in-law - for
dinner? My treat."
"I guess so..."
"Great! Be at Sergio's at 8. And wear that little
blue number you had at Siler's New Year's party."
Jack dashed out of the lab before Sam could ask
anything about his cousin...in-law.
* * * * * *
"Hey Doc!" Jack shouted as he entered the infirmary.
"What's shakin'?"
"Colonel, please. Airman Schwartz is resting. She is
still recovering from that blowgun dart from her last
mission," Janet said in a low voice as she trotted
across the room towards the colonel.
"Ooo, sorry." Jack immediately dropped his tone
several decibels.
"So, Colonel, what can I do for you?"
Jack again looked aimlessly around the room, walking
around and touching various objects. Picking up a
stray stethoscope, he looked into one of the ear
pieces.
Janet grabbed the stethoscope and shoved it in one of
the pockets of her lab coat. "What is it, Colonel?
It may not look busy here but I am running some tests
that I need to check on."
"Well, I was gonna ask a favor. Ya see, I got this
cousin in-law in town. And, well I have a date
tonight and I was hoping you might..."
"Colonel, much as I'd like to help you, Cassandra has
a field hockey game at 5 and I want to be there..."
"That's great! Leaves you plenty of time. Be at
Sergio's at 8! And why not wear that red dress?"
With that, Jack exited the Med Center and quickly made
his way to the surface and into town before either of
his 'victims' found him.
* * * * * *
"Joe, you're a life saver!" Jack said as he swigged
his beer. "I love this free internet at the bar."
"Yeah, just don't try to download any porn. I got
customers who might be offended by naked people."
"Just need to use my email... Crap, what's my access
code? I never use it outside the..."
Finally, after a quick phone call to the SGC tech
support officer, Jack was into his official email.
Quickly typing a message, he saved then sent it to two
different email addresses.
With a smug look on his face, he leaned back on the
barstool, "Joe, bring me another beer! I just did my
good deed for the year!"
Jack sat back to watch the non-stop sports news on
ESPN as he waited for his plan to bear fruit.
* * * * * *
Shaking her head at the very idea that she agreed to
this, Sam looked at herself in the full-length mirror.
Standing before her was a beautiful blonde woman in a
knee-length blue dress with a swooping neckline.
She considered putting it back and just dressing
casually. It was only Jack O'Neill's cousin, for
crying out loud. But, even though she didn't know or
care about the date itself, she did like the way she
looked.
"Screw it. I'll just look stunning for myself," she
said as she left her small house.
Getting into her small car, she realized this was the
first time she'd been out to dinner since she and
Janet had...
Missing her closest friend's companionship, Sam jerked
the car into the street and headed for Sergio's.
* * * * * *
Janet got out of her car and walked into Sergio's.
George the maitre d' led her back to a small room at
the back of the main dining room. As he pulled out
her chair for her, he complimented Janet on the
stunning red dress she wore.
"Like a vision," he said as he left her alone for the
moment.
"What am I doing here?" she asked out loud as she eyed
the menu. "A blind date? I am just asking for
trouble."
"Someone mention my name?"
Janet looked up and stared for a moment. "Sam? What
are you doing here?"
"I'm supposed to meet the colonel's cousin in-law for
dinner."
"Me too."
"I smell a rat."
"Me too."
They remained motionless for several moments, Janet
sitting and staring at Sam and Sam standing in the
door looking at Janet.
"Uh, well, since you're here, we may as well have
dinner. The colonel's paying," Janet said.
"Yes. He most certainly is," Sam agreed as she sat
across from Janet. She noted how the candles
highlighted the stray auburn locks that hung from the
carefully styled coif.
"You must've been looking forward to this," Sam said.
"You look great!"
Blushing and smiling, Janet returned the compliment,
"So do you." Then she added, "I wasn't looking
forward to this at all. I was even questioning why I
came in the first place."
"Me too. But it is nice to get out once in a while."
"Yes, it is."
They said nothing more to each other as they looked
over the menu. When the waiter arrived, Janet asked,
"How about some wine?"
"Sounds great."
Janet then ordered the wine and told the waiter they
would be ready to order shortly.
"You seem to know your wine," Sam commented.
"Well, Mom and Dad became connoisseurs when he was
stationed in California and it rubbed off on my
brothers and I."
"Yeah, I'd probably order something from Chateau
Picard or something." Seeing the confusion on Janet's
face, Sam said, "You know, from 'Star Trek: The Next
Generation'?"
"Never watched much TV when I was in med school and
since joining the SGC, I tend to watch sitcoms. And
the occasional Springer show thrown in for the
prurient interest." Janet smiled at her little
admission.
"You know, you never struck me as a trekkie, Sam."
"Yeah, well, you never struck me as a... What do you
call fans of Jerry Springer?"
"Sick?" Janet laughed.
"Twisted?" Sam added.
"Weird," Janet concluded. "Wait, are we talking about
the trailer trash he gets on the show or the people
who watch? I forgot."
Both women were laughing as the waiter returned with
the wine. As he poured and Janet tasted, Sam was
struck by how much she missed this. And happy how
easy it was to regain.
"It's excellent. Thank you." Janet set her glass
down and the waiter filled it then Sam's glass.
Once they ordered, they were left alone. Sam tapped
her fingers against the stem of her wine glass as she
gazed at Janet.
Janet noticed Sam's distracted manner and asked, "Is
everything okay?"
"Yeah, I guess... Outside of the fact that we hardly
even talk anymore. Or see each other. Or..."
"Sam, I'm sorry. I guess I was too, um... When you
told me about that affair when you were at the
Academy, I guess I blew a few circuits."
"Were you afraid I'd corrupt Cassie?"
"No, of course not. You've always been able to see
her, anytime."
Sam nodded, it was true. Janet never stopped Sam from
seeing Cassandra, she was just conveniently gone
whenever Sam came by. "Then what happened?"
"You never called me after..."
"Janet, you told me you needed time to deal with my
revelation. You said you'd call me when you were
ready. I just assumed that you couldn't handle..."
"Oh no. Did I say I'd call? I was so mixed up that
night. I mean, when you're best friend tells you
she's gay..."
Sam interrupted Janet, "I'm not gay, Janet. I had an
fling with a girl when I was at the Academy. That's
it. No one else. And we never went much farther than
making out in the front seat of her car."
"Okay, so you're bisexual. It's still a lot to
process out of the blue like that."
"Are you still processing? Or are we okay?"
Janet smiled, her cheeks dimpling, "I think we're
okay. I missed you."
"I missed you too."
The waiter brought their salads.
"So we're okay. Good. Let's eat. It's not often
Jack O'Neill is picking up the tab," Sam said.
After taking a forkful of salad, Janet looked around
the small room, "You know, I haven't seen any sign of
the colonel's cousin."
"In-law," Sam added.
"Oh yeah. Just as well. I'd much rather be here with
you than some blind date."
"Why thank you, Doctor."
"Anytime, Major."
Later, as they sipped the wine, Sam offered, "You know
I would never come on to you. If that was worrying
you."
"No passes? No flirting? I think I'm disappointed."
"And I'm Canadian," Sam replied.
"No, really. Sam, you are a very attractive woman.
and tonight you're absolutely stunning. I'd be
flattered if you made a pass at me," Janet declared.
Somehow Sam managed to engage in small talk through
dinner. But every time she looked directly at Janet,
the doctor's gaze seemed locked on her.
* * * * * *
Even though the colonel was paying, they both agreed
they didn't need another bottle of wine even though
the evening seemed to call for it. Instead they opted
for one of the restaurant's famous gourmet coffees.
Sitting at the now-cleared table, Sam couldn't help
but notice how Janet's eyes sparkled in the
candlelight, as if the were flecks of gold in the
brown.
Janet was telling her about when she became engaged to
'the asshole'. After all this time, she was able to
joke about it which Sam took as a good sign.
"...the night and the stars. It was so romantic there
along the riverfront that I almost felt I had to say
yes. If only I'd known I was sentencing myself to
three years hard time!"
Sam laughed with her friend then asked, "Was it really
that bad?"
"Not at first. But after the newness wore off, I
realized he only wanted someone to cook and clean for
him. And to have sex with." Janet saw the very brief
flash of jealousy in Sam's eyes. "And even that
wasn't enough. Even before our first anniversary, he
was banging his secretary. I found that out
afterwards, by the way."
"Oh Janet," Sam said sympathetically, taking Janet's
hand. "What an absolutely worthless excuse for a
human being!"
"Yeah, I guess so. The thing that bothered me the
most, once I found out, was that she wasn't even very
attractive. Seriously. Golda Meir was cuter."
"She must've been hideous!" Sam laughed.
"And, needless to say, you are far and away prettier
than her," Sam added. "Especially tonight."
"Well, thank you again."
Sam realized she was still holding Janet's hand and
started to pull away. Janet tightened the grip of her
fingers.
"Janet?"
"Sam, I've been thinking about you a lot. And what
you told me. At first I was freaked out by it. Then,
even though I never told you, I came to accept it.
Now...
"Sam, I have never done anything like this. And, if
we're found out, it could mean our careers. But, if
you're interested, I want to make love to you."
Sam felt momentarily light-headed. Janet wanted her?
She had to be dreaming. And she said so.
"I must be dreaming. I never would've told you this
in a million years but I've wanted to be with you
since the first day we met."
"It's no dream, Sam. I do want to be with you. More
than anyone in a long, long time."
Janet leaned towards Sam and they shared their first
kiss. It was soft and sweet and innocent, just a
meeting of their lips. But it was like a connection
had finally been made. This was to be the first of
many.
"Come home with me? If only to talk," Janet asked,
her eyes shining. "Cass is at Jen's house for a study
date slash pajama party."
"Of course."
Settling the bill was simple, Jack had called the
restaurant and arranged to have the bill put on his
Amex card.
"You know, your boss can be sweet occasionally," Janet
observed.
"Yeah, I suppose so. I think this was all done on
purpose."
Janet giggled, "Ya think?"
As they stepped outside, they saw the sky had opened
up shortly before.
"It's raining."
"Very observant. Must be how you made major," Janet
teased. Sam smiled back at her.
They stood under the canopied entrance for a few
moments watching the rain fall.
"Where's your car?"
"At the far end of the lot. Yours?"
"Along side the building."
"Well, let's go."
"Man, we need a canoe."
"How 'bout a gondola? That'd be pretty romantic."
"Yes, with a singing gondolier."
"Alright, we've delayed long enough. It's still
pouring. We may as well grin and bear it. See you at
the house."
"In a few minutes."
* * * * *
At Janet's house, Sam stood on the porch out of the
rain while she looked for Janet's car. Soon, the
headlights appeared at the corner. "About time," she
muttered.
Janet got out and ran up to the door, juggling her
keys to find the right one.
"Sorry. I had to stop and pick up something quickly,"
she said as she opened the door. A grey and white
tabby came to curl around her legs. "Hi Gate. Just
me and your auntie Sam."
"God, she's grown!" Sam exclaimed. "So what'd you get
have to pick up?"
Janet turned to Sam and displayed a small brown bag.
Reaching in, she pulled out a bottle of wine.
They settled on the couch with the now-open bottle.
Both women unconsciously tucked their legs under
themselves and leaned on the back of the couch gazing
at each other.
"To us," Janet said.
"To us," Sam agreed.
"Umm, this is very good."
"Thank you. If it gets a shot-and-a-beer girl like
you to say something, it must be good," Janet replied.
Sam smiled, her eyes looking down at Janet's bare
knees. "I don't just drink beer," she protested.
"So, I was thinking of upgrading my entertainment
center," Janet said.
Sam looked over at the old console color TV with a
bulky VCR perched on top, then her eyes wandered to
the old stereo on a nearby bookshelf. The receiver,
she knew, still had a jack for an eight-track player.
"May be about time," Sam agreed. "How long you had
that stereo?"
"It was my brother's. I inherited it. And it still
works fine," Janet replied.
"So, what are you thinking of?"
"One of those big screen TVs. Then we could watch..."
Sam smiled as Janet's voice trailed off. "Watch
what?"
"Oh, movies."
"Like?"
"Well, I hear 'Mulholland Drive' is good. Or maybe
'Gia' or 'Bound.'"
Sam raised an eyebrow. She knew Janet knew about the
more controversial content of those movies. Jack
O'Neill spent one entire post-mission exam extolling
the virtues of those movies to Daniel and Teal'c.
"You've never seen those movies?" Sam asked.
"Well," Janet smiled slyly. "I wouldn't say that..."
"Oh?"
"But it's always more fun to watch movies
with...friends."
In a playful mood, Sam asked, "Janet, is there
anything else you think is more fun with friends?"
"Yes. This," Janet replied as suddenly leaned into
Sam and kissed her. They came together as their
closed lips caressed each other.
Pulling her head back, Janet said to the woman in her
arms, "Sam, since you... I was so confused. I
couldn't believe it but I was so jealous of that girl.
And I never... I remembered those movies and I
wanted to see what the fuss was about. And when I saw
you tonight... I want you so badly."
"And I want you. God Janet, I'd never have said
anything to you. Just kept it to myself but I've been
half in love with you since...forever."
"Only half?" Janet teased. "To be honest, I've been
wanting this for weeks. I just never admitted to
myself that I could feel this way for another woman.
Then, when you showed up tonight... You are a
beautiful woman Samantha, but tonight you were
absolutely gorgeous! That was when I finally admitted
to myself I want you. Only you."
Sam showed her complete agreement with a deeper kiss,
one Janet happily responded to. As their tongues slid
against each other, they lay back with Janet atop Sam.
Sam was thoroughly lost in the kiss. The woman lying
on her was the best kisser she'd ever experienced.
Not that she had a lot of experience kissing many
people...
Janet was a bit more experienced than Sam but even she
was overcome by this melding. It was quickly becoming
the best kiss in her life as well.
Finally pulling apart for air, they remained enwrapped
in each other as they gazed deep into lust-darkened
eyes.
"God, Sam! Do all astrophysicists kiss that good?"
Taking the compliment, Sam replied, "I hope not. I
don't want any competition for you."
Janet kissed Sam's nose, "Not a chance."
Their lips met again for another long, deep kiss.
This one lasted twice as long, leaving them panting.
Janet finally managed to say, "I think we have too
much on."
"Are you sure? You're ready for that?"
Janet smiled, her eyes sparkling, "Yes, I think I am."
"You don't... We don't have to do anything."
"Sam, are you nervous? I'm the new kid here, I should
be nervous," Janet said gently.
"I am. I want this so much that I'm afraid I'll..."
Sam's voice trailed off.
"How 'bout I go first? After my amateurish attempts,
you'll be a pro," Janet suggested.
"You really have been thinking about this, haven't
you?"
Janet merely knelt on the floor next to the sofa and
pulled Sam into a sitting position. Running her hands
lightly up the major's legs beneath the skirt, she
smiled and nodded. "I have. And I do want this.
More than anything."
Reaching the top of Sam's pantyhose, she tugged those
down until they were bunched up around her ankles.
Again she teased the beautiful blonde, "That looks
attractive..."
Sam was at a loss for words. The bantering was
seemingly at odds with the tender seduction. She
decided to ignore it and enjoy whatever Janet did.
Janet pulled Sam's shoes off then her pantyhose.
"Much better. But there is still something not
right..."
"Wha...what?" Sam managed to say.
"Stand up please." Sam did.
"Turn around." Again Sam complied.
"Stand still." Sam followed the instructions.
Soon, soft hands opened the back of her dress and
caressed her soft skin, lightly tracing some of the
small scars those same hands had treated.
"No bra?" Janet whispered, her voice light as her
hands reached around under the dress to cup Sam's
breasts. Janet traced the outer edge of Sam's ear
with the tip of her tongue then slipped it inside to
lightly dab at the sensitive flesh.
Sam shivered at the erotic feelings coursing through
her. She stuttered her response, "Uh...uh...n-no. I-I
di-didn't wan..."
Any more words were lost as Janet began to kiss the
back of Sam's neck. Her hands gently caressed the
soft mounds, her fingers occasionally flicking and
lightly pinching the hard nipples, as she liked to
have done to her. Sam groaned in appreciation.
Over Sam's shoulder, she could see them in the
decorative wall mirror above the couch. It was such
an exciting sight. Sam had her head back with her
eyes closed and mouth slightly open. The lower
portion of Janet's face was hidden by the taller
woman's shoulder as her hands moved beneath the blue
material slowly.
Janet removed her hands, causing Sam to groan in
disappointment. Janet knew that wouldn't last. She
knelt behind her friend and lifted the hem of her
dress.
"Sky blue panties? With lace? Sam..." Janet chided.
Janet planted a soft kiss on one satin-covered buttock
then the other. She slowly peeled the panties off and
let a finger tip slide along wet, engorged lips. She
leaned far forward and ran her tongue along those same
lips, barely touching the hot flesh.
"This angle won't work. Sam? Please sit down," Janet
requested.
Sam turned and her dress fell back into place, more
loosely than before. She started to remove it when
Janet stopped her. "I think it's more erotic, don't
you?"
After Sam sat, Janet lifted the dress again and moved
her head under it. She began to lick the wiry blond
hair, tasting Sam's arousal in the beads of fluid
trapped there. The tickly, tingly sensation caused
Sam to moan aloud again. Janet decided to return to
the source of the musky honey and again lightly traced
the edges of the protruding lips.
Sam was more excited than she could remember. The
woman she loved more than any other person, both as
friend and now lover, was tasting her. And she was
the first woman (and the only one as far as Sam was
concerned) that Janet had been with. That was far too
exciting. But the most exciting was that Janet took
the initiative and was pleasuring her. And she
couldn't see anything but the bulge of Janet's head
under her dress. She had no idea what to expect and
loved it!
"OH MY GOD!" Sam yelled as Janet flicked her tongue
across Sam's clitoris before returning to teasing
licks of her lower lips.
Sam's cream was starting to flow faster and Janet
thrust her tongue deep inside her new love to taste it
all. She had tasted herself on her fingers out of
curiosity and, while it wasn't terrible, it didn't
taste anywhere near as good as Sam.
She took Sam's pouty outer lip in her teeth and
pulled, flicking her tongue against the flesh trapped
between her incisors. Then she thrust again into the
woman.
Sam was writhing now. She knew she'd be climaxing
soon. As she looked down, she saw another sight that
heightened her excitement: Janet's hand was over her
ass and under the tight material. From the movement
she could make out, Janet was masturbating as she was
pleasuring Sam. 'Oh God, this is too much,' Sam
thought.
With her free hand, Janet slipped one, then two, then
three fingers into Sam. She also took the woman's
clit between her teeth gently and flicked her tongue
around and across the ultra-sensitive nub.
Sam's screams of pleasure were the payoff. As Sam
climaxed, Janet licked up as much of her as she could.
This triggered a mild climax in the doctor as she
thrust her own fingers into herself.
As Sam came back to reality, she saw Janet sitting
next to her, brushing her bangs with her fingers. The
dark brown eyes, so recently full of lust were full of
love and tenderness.
Sam pulled her down and kissed her. She had never
tasted herself on anyone before and found herself
becoming aroused again.
"So, I guess I was okay?" Janet teased.
Sam sat up and nodded. Then her eyes traveled over
Janet's body. The doctor had managed to strip while
Sam was across on her plateau.
Disappointed that she couldn't unwrap her beautiful
present, Sam delighted in the lovely body next to her.
"I am going to make you pay for that, Doctor," Sam
growled.
Janet shivered in anticipation as Sam kissed her way
down the petit figure. When Sam reached the soft
brown triangle between her legs, Janet whispered to
herself, "I love you, Samantha."
* * * * * *
Sam woke up, momentarily questioning where she was
until the wonderful images of the night before
returned. She was with Janet. And it was better than
she ever thought it would be.
Getting out of bed, she looked at her clothes draped
over a chair. Janet must've gotten up much earlier
and cleaned up the living room. And, from the aroma
down the hall, had started coffee.
Trying to decide how silly she'd look in her dress
this morning, Sam spied a man's white dress shirt and
jeans on another chair.
She pulled on the jeans, which were very loose on her,
and buttoned the shirt, which also hung loose on her
frame, and followed her nose to the caffeine.
In the kitchen Sam was met by a vision. In front of
the patio door, highlighted by the morning sun shining
in, stood Janet. The petit woman was wearing a white
shirt like Sam's and, from the light shining through,
nothing else.
Janet turned and smiled. "He-ey. How'd you sleep?"
"Great. You?"
"I never slept better."
"These clothes?"
"The asshole's... I kept some of his stuff for
whenever. I love the shirts to sleep in or..." Janet
strolled over to Sam and kissed her, "To take off."
"Hmm...that sounds like a great idea."
Janet spun away asking teasingly, "Coffee?"
"Please." Sam found she enjoyed the teasing which
surprised her. She was usually what she considered
the teaser not the teasee.
"These filters aren't too good. You might end up with
coffee grounds in your cup," Janet apologized as she
handed Sam a warm mug. Then she muttered, "Damn."
"What?" Sam asked, worried that she might've done
something without realizing it.
Janet walked over to the open oven, "I have got to get
this fixed. The damned door won't stay closed. And
now the cat's in the oven. Again.
"Get out of there, ya big walking hairball!"
Sam laughed, "Hey, need a hand?"
"No...yes. And how are you with leaky faucets?"
Sam set the mug down and hugged Janet tight from
behind, "Great."
Janet turned in the encircling arms and whispered
against Sam's lips, "Then I might just have a little
chore you can help me with."
"Help you? My pleasure. Anytime."
Lips merged and the two lost themselves in each other,
oblivious to the grey cat twining around their legs or
the teenager standing in the doorway.
"Finally," Cassandra said with a satisfied smirk.
Not one of the three were bothered by the repetitive
leak.
Drip. Drip. Drip. Drip.
