How I Built My Sperm Sponge Harness
Part 2

Becsause ASSTR has bandwidth problems during peak periods, it doesn't display the images during these times. If that happens, please return again some other time to see the plans and diagrams.

Also, I just discovered that Firefox does not display the text on this page. I don't know why. You'll have to use Internet Exploder to see this page.

You have your leather tools ready? And your leather strap, and rings, and buckles?

Great! Let's start!

So now we'll start with the head strap. It's pretty easy.

Here's two pictures: the front and the back:

And here's what it looks like being worn by a mannequin head:

You will need two (2) 3" rings and one (1) 2-1/2" ring.

You will also need one (1) 1" buckle, and one (1) 1/2" buckle.

So let's start cutting!

You need to cut the following lengths of 1" leather strap:

Cutting strap is easy. Just set the strap on the Poundo Board next to the Ruler, and cut it with the Rotary Cutter.

Always use the Poundo Board when using one of your cutting tools like the Rotary Cutter or a Mini Punch, otherwise you'll dull the blade at best, or destory the tool at worst.

After cutting the strap to the indicated lengths, this is what you'll have:

Next, use the Strap Cutter to slice one of the 12" straps down the center to create two 1/2" wide 12" long straps. Then cut one of these narrow strips to be 9" long.

Now, this is what you'll have:

Next, take one of the Mini Punch bits that's about the same diameter as the pin on one of your Medium Rivets and screw it onto the tool. Now punch holes in the cut straps where shown on the next diagram.

Next, take the Oblong Punch and punch oblong holes in the cut straps where shown on the next diagram.

Using these tools is easy, as seen in these pics. Punching the holes in the narrow strips is a little delicate, but the principle is the same.

Again, always use your cutting tools on the Poundo Board.

Now, attach the pieces to the rings as shown:

Before we go on, I need to point out something!

Strap that ends with two holes like this means that the strap bends around itself on a ring, and a single rivet goes throgh the two matching holes to hold the strap on the ring:

Strap that ends with two holes with a slot between them like this means that the strap bends around itself on belt buckle. The spike of the buckle goes through the slot, and the matching holes are riveted together:

Strap that ends with a series of slots is a belt tongue that goes into a buckle (like a belt). Nothing else is done to this strap than to punch the slots:

This time, however, you need to use the Mini Anvil when setting rivets.

Bend the leather strap through the ring as shown, line up the holes, insert the two halves of the rivet into the holes, set it on the Mini Anvil. and pound the top of the rivet with the Rivet Setter and the Poly Mallet.

The reason you have both Medium Rivets and Large Rivets is because raw leather comes in varying thicknesses, and it's really hard to tell what size rivets you'll need until you get it home and stary working. And if you buy mail order, you won't even have much of a choice. So try a Medium Rivet first; but if the pin doesn't pass through the two straps of leather, it won't "stick" to the rivet base, so you'll need to use a large rivet.

When you punch the oblong holes in the strap with the Oblong Punch for the belt parts, leave 1/2" of leather between each hole, and use the Rotary Cutter to cut two notches an the end of the strap to meake it easier to slide it through the buckle.

It's now time to attach the two belt buckles, one 1" buckle, and one 1/2" buckle.

Slide the tongue of the buckle through the oblong hole with the roller closest to the end of the leather strap.

Then fold the leather strap over and rivet it together as shown.

When you have both buckles attached, the head piece is done.

Have your slave try it on for size...
