As the film opens we find Frank (Eric Edwards), a private eye, using a jury-rigged camera to spy on a pair of lovers that he's caught in the act. We learn that his job involves providing such films to suspicious clients who are willing to pay for evidence of infidelity.

Frank is on his way to visit a new client, the wealthy publisher of "Mann's World". As he leaves the receptionist's desk a man walks up, looks around, unzips, takes out his cock and without a word... proceeds to jack off right in the receptionist's face! Comments : Barbara Bourbon is a mouthwatering beauty, with a lean blonde body that the camera adores. The film is a winner; a bright, slightly wacky sex comedy. It has the production values of the best of Hollywood and that distinctive, surreal quality that has become Paris' signature. He is a master at weaving humor, wit, and satire into a story while retaining plenty of sexual heat. The satire extends to the socially relevant remarks inserted to give the film that elusive "socially redeeming value" that only judges and legal scholars might find acceptable. The result is a joy to behold.
