Time machines don't really exist, but we found ways to peek into the past. There are worries that observation of past events may fall afoul of Heisenberg, but it was too useful a technique for anyone to stop.

So I was a researcher studying Renaissence History, trying to follow Leonardo Da Vinci through the peeper, comparing what it looked like he was doing against what he'd recorded in his notebooks.

It seemed funny, at times, to not be able to recognize one of the notebooks we watched him writing in, but we did discovered what he was doing when he painted the Mona Lisa.

Now people have speculated on her smile for years , with no real knowledge, just speculation, but I'd been watching through the peeper and found the missing link.

Even though Leonardo Da Vinci was considered a great man, even he ended up suffering from revisionist history.

You see, he was a clever man, a problem solver, and knew that women, at best, could be hard to warm up, so he chose to invent... and demonstrate, on Mona... a pneumatically operated vibrator.
