Boxed and Delivered

I'm a surgeon, and, moreover, a talented and skilled surgeon who seems to be able to make magic. My skills don't stop there, of course, because I got into Stem Cell research before it was officially legal.

But, then, my surgical specialization isn't exactly common or acknowledged as "approved".

My work with stem cells-- and learning how to restore an aged cell's telomeres and to turn off it's specialization so that it can be "taught" what it needs to "make"-- led me to retro-viral therapies, too.

The fun part of this job is that I use laparascopes-- much less scalpels-- less and less with time. Oh, sure, some work will always be needed to handle necrotic tissues, but I have gotten to be very good at my work. That my husband is a molecular biologist who helps me is a boon as well.

People come to me-- usually men-- confused and unhappy. I find that, when I'm done doing my work on them, that they seem much happier as they adapt to the changes I make.

I have become sought out because I can, with all of the therapies at hand, to make fully functional changes.

So I got a card from one of the first of my customers who got the "full" treatment; it came with a picture.

Ronni had come to me, unhappy, disgusted with life, and my hands made it possible for the woman hidden inside to escape and be fully functional. She'd settled down and even gotten pregnant.

So getting a card from one of the men I'd "boxed" and who then had delivered...
