"One Thing Leads to Another" by Irishlass (irishlass68@yahoo.com). --- The title has a double meaning: one event leads to another in the brief story being narrated, and the line ending one stanza leads to the next by using the same words at the beginning of one stanza that ended the last. It's an interesting technique, but the author doesn't quite bring it off as well as I would have liked. On the other hand, reactions to poems are extremely individualistic, and so you may really like this one.
